Dior brings some truly outstanding fragrances to the market - that’s why my expectations were correspondingly high. Unfortunately, this fragrance couldn’t quite meet them.
Don’t get me wrong: It doesn’t smell bad at all. The quality of the raw materials is noticeable, the scent feels cleanly composed and high-quality. Still, it lacks that certain something that makes it special for me. It remains pleasant, but emotionally it doesn’t reach me.
Especially when you know other Dior fragrances, there are, in my opinion, several that are significantly more exciting, characterful, and memorable. Therefore, the big hype surrounding this fragrance is not entirely understandable to me.
Anyone looking for a high-quality, uncomplicated fragrance will surely be happy here. For me personally, however, it falls short of expectations and is not one of the highlights of the brand.

Revolution has pleasantly surprised me. For me, this is a very successful, woody scent that feels high-quality and modern. It has a pleasant freshness without being generic, and it develops a beautiful, elegant wood note.
What I particularly like is its versatility. I think you can actually wear it anytime - in everyday life, at the office, or when going out. Especially in summer or on warm evenings, it showcases its strengths, as it never feels too heavy or intrusive.
It may not be one of the loudest or most extraordinary fragrances, but it convinces with its balance. You reach for it gladly because it simply always fits.
For me, a very successful summer fragrance with an elegant woody DNA - uncomplicated, high-quality, and wearable at any time.

Angel's Share on the Rocks really surprised me in a positive way. Of course, you immediately recognize the DNA of the original - warm, sweet, and high-quality. At the same time, the "On the Rocks" version feels a bit airier and fresher to me, without losing the typical character.

That's exactly what I like so much. The fragrance is definitely sweet and has a pleasant depth, but it doesn't feel as heavy as many other sweet scents. Compared to fragrances like Blonde Amber or other very opulent gourmands, I find it significantly easier to wear.

For that reason, I believe it is suitable not only for autumn and winter. I can also imagine wearing it very well on a mild summer evening, when going out or at a restaurant. It has an elegant aura and stands out without being overwhelming.
For me, it's a successful interpretation of the Angel's Share DNA. Anyone who enjoys sweet, high-quality fragrances but is looking for something that doesn't feel too powerful should definitely try this scent.
A very successful, luxurious fragrance that, for me, is significantly more versatile than one would initially suspect based on the notes.

Dior Homme Eau de Toilette is one of those fragrances for me where you don't have to think long. It simply works. Whether in everyday life, at the office, when going out, or at special occasions - it always feels appropriate.

What I particularly like is the combination of elegance and masculinity. The scent smells well-groomed, high-quality, and modern, without becoming generic. It has a certain freshness, yet at the same time feels mature and confident.

For me, Dior Homme EDT belongs to the fragrances that can be worn effortlessly throughout the year. It is neither too heavy nor too light and strikes exactly the right balance between everyday suitability and special presence.

It is precisely this blend that makes it so strong for me. It feels sexy, stylish, and masculine, without being loud or intrusive. A fragrance with which you can hardly go wrong.

Not a complicated niche scent, not an extraordinary work of art - just a damn good men's fragrance.
For me, a true everyday classic and one of the best designer fragrances for men.

Yves Saint Laurent Y is one of those fragrances that I can wear anytime. Whether at the office, in my free time, at a restaurant, or for a slightly dressier occasion - it never feels out of place and really gets everything right.

The scent is modern, clean, and well-groomed. It has this fresh, slightly sweet yet masculine aura that should appeal to many people. That’s exactly what makes it so uncomplicated.

However, I personally find it lacks a bit of uniqueness. Y is not a fragrance that makes me want to constantly smell my wrist or that emotionally captivates me completely. It does its job very well, but it doesn’t really surprise.

That’s not meant to sound negative. Not every fragrance has to be extravagant or unique.

For me, it’s a modern classic and a very good everyday scent, even if it’s not one of my absolute favorites.
