Creamed with musk
The fragrance here doesn't have a review yet and it doesn't really need one, as the statements say the most important things about the fragrance, but everyone's nose is a little different, so here's my opinion
After the first few sniffs, I immediately thought of "Tabac Original (Eau de Cologne) | Mäurer & Wirtz" alongside Nivea Creme. It doesn't smell quite as old-fashioned to me as Tabac, perhaps because of the creamy note. It works well in warm temperatures up to 25°, but I tend to prefer it on cooler days. There's not much more to say about it.
It is versatile, although not my first choice when it comes to clean, fresh-tart fragrances. Nonetheless, it's a good fragrance that you can wear in almost any situation and that never really bothers you due to its modest H/S. What concerns me, however, is the price. i don't think 50€ for the 50ml is justified, on offer for 29.99 it's okay.

Good, but difficult
As a blind buy, I expected a very vanilla scent based on a few reviews. After wearing it a few times, I have to say that it smells like a mixture of Axe musk and Bruno banani man to me, and this continues throughout the entire fragrance
It doesn't smell inferior, quite the opposite and I like smelling both. However, the combination of the above-mentioned fragrances that I perceive takes some getting used to for me.

The fragrance has something feminine and I can confirm some impressions such as "old school touch and grandmother's household", but every nose is different. However, in my opinion, it can be classified as unisex and tends to be for 30+.
Maybe my impression will change over time, but I somehow (still) find it difficult to wear, even if I really like the scent.

One of the best existing fragrances
First of all, like JuicyG, this is my first comment on a fragrance. About Joop! Homme can say a lot. But you don't have to say much about him, he is one of the most successful fragrances (in my opinion) that ever existed and probably it will exist for quite some time. It polarizes, of course, but if that weren't the case, it probably wouldn't get as much attention or "cause a stir", would it? You can smell him quite often, mostly in young men and mostly overdosed, no matter in which situation, but I don't think THAT should lower his ratings. It is ideal for partying and in the cold season, well dosed, it is also suitable for everyday use. If you don't know the fragrance yet or know it but don't want to wear it to avoid being pigeonholed, I recommend to give it a chance anyway. Joop! homme is just like for example One Million an awesome scent, but unfortunately his image had to suffer from all the (mostly young) men who A don't know how to dose this atomic bomb and B in which situation you should fire it (bad metaphor, I know). I wear it every now and then because I find it horny and I feel comfortable with it, I checked.... if half the world wears it.
In conclusion, I can say that it is a real pity that this has been reformulated. With my mid-20s I only know the current Homme of course, but I got a sample of the vintage version sent to me and it felt like a week stuck to me. Thanks for the attention

One that will (probably) always be part of it
One of the first perfumes I ever bought. It was October 2013 when I smelled this fragrance for the first time. I was immediately blown away and shortly afterwards happily received it as a present from my father, as I often came home with my wrists sprayed full. By the way, this is not an analysis of the scent, but only my subjective opinion.

Ingredients? Quality of these? Things I didn't care about. I really fell in love with this fragrance because I had a hard time finding something that really knocked me down. Some were too aquatic for me (like shower gels), others were too bitter and others too sweet. Invictus has something of everything I find. Of course one perceives sweetness superficially, but by bringing a certain freshness and spice with him, he does not seem so overwhelming to me. I love that I can wear it (well dosed) at any time and season, which is why I associate so much with it. I started wearing it when I was 18 and I still like to wear it when I'm 24. It reminds me of many moments of my I call it "growing up", has become "my" fragrance and I have almost always got only positive feedback to him.
Every now and then I think of having a trophy in my cupboard, the content of which is supposed to be "invincible" or "unconquered", is a bit kitschy, but it also has something cool.

Invictus was and still is my companion, although not so often anymore, because my fragrance collection no longer consists of only two or three fragrances. But when I then spray it on, I immediately feel like I'm back to the "beginnings" with it, as you probably have with any fragrance with which you associate a lot.

And no, with mid 20 I don't feel too old for him yet, let's see how I feel with 30 about it
i think.
In the meantime I already emptied 4 bottles, the last one will probably last until the end of summer.
Am I gonna get it back? - maybe
Will I ever be over him? - on no account
