You got to let this one sit if all you’re getting is leather. Wow! What a difference two months made. And I genuinely think it can mature more. I get peaches today and gentle amber and vanilla blending with a soft leather. When I tell you the first time I sprayed this I nearly choked out of gasoline, chemicals and leather. How?! So pleased I tried again. Great silage and the longevity is a good 8 hours.

I wonder is my nose learning Lira . I started with a 2ml decant that literally lasted an hour to my nose. But there was still something addictive making me want to try again. I got the 8ml decant from Scentbox subscription and ate it up so quickly mostly because I loved the scent but also because it just wasn’t lasting so I kept reapplying throughout the day. I still succumbed to getting the 30ml recently and today (waited a while cos I’ve gone through the decants so quickly) I decided to wear for a cuddly Sunday watching TV. So I applied Lira this morning at 8am (I am an oversprayer so just to put you in the picture 15-20 squirts). But my husband commented how nice it was and he doesn’t always do this. But for me the difference today is nuts. Not once has this disappeared from my nose. And now and again I have to go into my skin for a closer eye rolling sniff. It’s 4pm now and the skin scent has lost the citrus but still smells creamy and vanilla. My clothes however still smell the same as of 8 this morning. Sweet lemon cupcakes. So delicious. So either my bottle is different to the two seperate decants I bought or my nose has caught up. Needless to say I will be getting another bottle of Lira when this runs out. I’m in love. Maybe it’s how my nose is with casamoratti scents because I hated Italica when I first smelt that, like sickened me to my stomach, almost repulsed. But hey ho guess who didn’t give up and bought a full bottle?!

This and Celeste make me sneeze like a beast in the opening 10 seconds. Almost hurts it’s that peppery. 2 hours later I’m stuck to my arm again in this creamy oddity. I know I won’t purchase a full bottle of this. It’s just not my vibe. Although I love Bianco latte. And I love amber and sandalwood smells which I kind of smell in this too. But somehow this perfume doesn’t work for me. Just asked my daughter to see if she could smell me when she entered the small room I’m in “no”. Also at arms length “no” and directly on my skin “a little bit!” I don’t like it enough for it to be a bed scent so I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow, shower and do something I love. For reference I used the whole vial sample from the Giardani de Toscana discovery scent. If you’re gonna try it you might aswell try it
Actually now I think of it I think I could love this on my husband. It’s kinda sexy for a man. Hmm damn I should’ve kept the vile for him.

I really really wanted to love this so much. I love the violet smell in mostly every way possible. Parma violets. Even loved YSL Paris perfume back in the day. But this… I’m not sure how to explain it.
I already wear Bianco latte and I love it. So thought this would be the perfect mix. When I first spray Celeste I sneeze and my nose hurts so bad. It’s a scratchy stingy rough smell of violets. I’m mind blown by it. I then just smell gasoline, rubber and fake fake. But now 6 hours later my nose is stuck to my arm and my eyes are rolling in Celeste heaven. The violet has turned very sweet and candy like and the creaminess of the vanilla mixed with this is like a creamy fluffy dessert topped with crushed Parma violets. It’s beautiful and delicate. I wish this fragrance started its journey like this. But i found no silage from this scent and the first 6 hours was too painful for my nose so sadly the end result just isn’t worth it to me. I’m jealous of those of you that love it from the beginning.

I’m on a journey with this one. Initial burst of sweet ‘common’ but pleasant fruitiness was ok. I thought I was going to give up after one wear because I seemed to be nose blind after half hour. Wore my top with it on for 3 hours. Hung it up in a small walk in wardrobe (just to give you an idea of space you can walk 2 steps in it). Opened the room 36 hours later and had a very distinct aroma of wild strawberry. This is exactly what I bought the perfume for. So I’m not giving up lol. I do think it’s maybe a perfume that you don’t wear to impress passers by. It’s not a compliment getter, I feel it’s a close and personal perfume. I can see a warm day, picnic with a loved one (cheesy imagination). Having said all that I need to experiment with this a bit to see about the longevity on skin and the true silage.
