too too sweet

i thought this would make it to my full-bottle wishlist, but the sweetness is too cloying. something throws me off so bad. if you want to smell like a sugar fairy - sugared flowers and candy - give it a try. that being said, i really like the opening, and the marine accord is really pleasant. i think it's the raspberry that is off putting to me, personally.

Absolutely beautiful

Celeste is such a beautiful fragrance. Originally I bought the sample set for Bianco Latte, but that turned minty on my skin.
When I sampled Celeste I fell in love.
The first spray is full of violets, but sweet candied violets, mixed with vanilla.
When it settles down it slowly transforms into the most beautiful vanilla caramel scent. Kind of what I hoped Bianco Latte would have been.
I love how it starts floral and transforms into a more vanilla caramel gourmand-ish scent.
I started by thinking this would be a lovely spring scent due to the violets. But I have tested during the winter at it works very well as a winter perfume. I will be using it in fall, winter and spring.
There is no doubt that the dry down feels kinda similar to Bianco Latte and lucky for me this one works magic with my skin.
It says with you the whole day - I get 8-10 hours - more on clothes. It projects well without being nuclear.

I think you can tell, but I bought a FB of this :-)

Celestial journey

I really really wanted to love this so much. I love the violet smell in mostly every way possible. Parma violets. Even loved YSL Paris perfume back in the day. But this… I’m not sure how to explain it.
I already wear Bianco latte and I love it. So thought this would be the perfect mix. When I first spray Celeste I sneeze and my nose hurts so bad. It’s a scratchy stingy rough smell of violets. I’m mind blown by it. I then just smell gasoline, rubber and fake fake. But now 6 hours later my nose is stuck to my arm and my eyes are rolling in Celeste heaven. The violet has turned very sweet and candy like and the creaminess of the vanilla mixed with this is like a creamy fluffy dessert topped with crushed Parma violets. It’s beautiful and delicate. I wish this fragrance started its journey like this. But i found no silage from this scent and the first 6 hours was too painful for my nose so sadly the end result just isn’t worth it to me. I’m jealous of those of you that love it from the beginning.

Magical and Whimsical!

Ohh, I really like this!

Celeste opens up with the sea water and lime notes, but it quickly dries down into a sweet, sugared violets smell. There's also a plasticky note; I don't know where it's coming from, but it works! It reminds me of a doll, but specifically a scented fairy doll (yes, it *has* to be a fairy doll, because this scent totally gives off a magical vibe). I can definitely see a real fairy wearing Celeste while wandering around a forest. It dries down into a really nice vanilla scent.

One thing I'll add though: DON'T overspray this scent as it can definitely be cloying. A few sprays is good enough; it projects really well, and the longevity isn't bad.

I definitely recommend giving Celeste a try if you want to smell like a whimsical fairy

we donn't talk about it enough

Being Bianco Latte the star of the show, we often forget to mention this gem from the Giardini di Toscana house.
Celeste is a fragrance that focuses on violet, a sweet sugary one. This makes a person like me love it, even if I wouldn't have thought it could be possible: I usually tend to associate this note with grandma scents, like Guerlain's Insolence for instance.
In Celeste I found a happy and younger declination of violets plus a plastic feeling that, oddly enough, I find attractive rather than repulsing.
In the end I had to get a bottle!
