Classy, Fresh Incense
What a unique scent and absolutely terrific, affordable find from the house of Issey Miyake! At heart L'eau D'issey Intense is an old school freshie type, easy to wear, versatile juice. But there is so much more going on in what ultimately reveals itself to be a divisive mix of fresh citrus, spicy cinnamon, and retro incense. It's the incense that gives this one a kick into the memorable, but it's what also holds this back a bit from being unanimously mainstream. In my estimations, this would be great as a semi-strange office scent (especially if you wanna try something just a little adventurous). In it's sillage, I just can't help but picture this at weddings, holidays, church weekends, business meetings, work parties, the like. That's a hell of a lot of versatility for such an underrated and affordable designer fragrance. The performance is nothing to scoff at either! Pick this one up.

Best in House
Many have compared Oxford Bleu to Versace's Eros... and I get it, but in all honestly if this was an Eros flanker, it would be the best flanker! Hell it'd even be the best in the entire line. Oxford Bleu is just that good guys, and once again English Laundry proves too be a designer fragrance house worthy of more respect and attention.

If Versace Eros was a post-grad hitting the Fort Lauderdale club scene during spring break with slightly bad intentions and less self-awareness:

Oxford Bleu would be his white collar brother who'd be perfectly down for a good time, but not at the expense of his own shame and responsibilities. Maybe a resort getaway at month's end? Who knows. He'll have to think things through.

Mind the gap!
ENGLISH LAUNDRY has released some very good and very underrated fragrances. WINDSOR is no exception. Next to OXFORD BLUE, I think this is my favorite. It has VERY strong performance and leaves a very sturdy, masculine sillage that I'm more than a little enamoured with.

Picture an East End London pub... with old cracked leathery barstools. A century-old oak bar. Whiskey stench in the air. A smoke haze. The humid-swells of a particularly damp autumn night fill the establishment. A suede trench coat on for good measure:

That's what WINDSOR smells like.

... and if you don't find that particularly appealing, you'd be wrong.

History
THE MOST WANTED PARFUM really does conjure many thoughts and even more emotions. I admired the original WANTED by AZZARO, and downright loved the drunken, cinnamon-sensation that was WANTED BY NIGHT: but this is a different beast entirely. This bad boy has all of the gravitas, all of the performance, all of the downright swagger of a classic! A sublime cool weather, evening scent that will announce your presence (with a divisive response). Some will say it's too loud. Some will say too sweet. All will be struck by it with the subtlety of an ACME anvil! But like the frag itself, the wearer must be prepared to not give a damn. That is the appeal (dare I say the intention). Anyone in the niche of tasteless attention-grabbing will LOVE THIS. If used responsibly, I can see this becoming a go-to signature for confident men in the colder months. It's a compliment magnet that will have the versed and less liberally perfumed inquiring about it's existence in equal measure. Basically THE MOST WANTED PARFUM is a glorious beast of a fragrance. It honestly seems like everything the AZZARO brand has been striving for. Well played.
