Oh. That drunkard. That alcoholic. He is drinking cognac and rum nonstop. This fragrance could uphold the board of the bar instead legs. You open a few bottles, put them on the floor, hoist the board above them, and the odor staggering out from the bottles will keep it in the air.
This fragrance is so strong! I really like it, the delicious aroma of patchouli. THE Patchouli. As a king. He is not democratic, it does not matter to him, what are you saying, he is just keep enouncing his judgements. As an emperor, he sits on a picant, metallic throne, and stays with you very long.

Eucalyptus + honey – that was the beginning like. Perhaps lavendel granted the herbal aroma. Congratulation to the unusual, interesting conception! Almost 60 000 perfumes are in the system in Parfumo when I am writing this review, and only this one contains passion fruit accompanied by lavender. If later on you find some, please let me know, I will be definitely interested in it.

The dust ruins this perfume for me. Dust arrives in heart, and makes KIKI heartless. I kindly recommend it to Perfumistas, who usually like Mona di Orio fragrances. For my nose it is too old.

The base is rather dusty-stony, stone conception in fragrances is one of my favorites beside cold metallic notes, so the last 1-2 hours are also attractive for me, but not enough to countervail the drowning heart.

(I have to admit, that I got totally stuck with categories, how to express the type of dusty and hot-stone scent... Finally ’powdery’ was chosen. These are the most interesting perfumes – out of categories.)

How could you be shy while wearing this fragrance? One does not have to be a dog to track you down along the threads of this scent...

Neroli as top note? That would be a so-called „shy, tentative kiss given by fresh lips” – as it is written on the page of one seller. Pure and poor theory.
Do not bother with neroli, do not waste even a slight thought for it.
It can not do anything against the flood of jasmine and vanille, so freshness is absolutely not present here. The perfume is strong, stable, forms a wall around you, a wall of self-esteem and a bit violent kind of flirt. LOVE is indiscreet and tactless. Completely feminine.

Upon the waves of sweetness there is a weird, floating odor, most probably iris and vanille made an alliance against sobriety. The weirdness is the same kind as in VANILLE ABSOLUMENT, but executed in much higher quality.

The base: less jasmine, stable vanille. Musk is trying to push the fragrance towards demureness. Sorry, dear Musk, maybe another time, LOVE and love does not need too much rationality.

- Age: does not matter, just be enough brave to wear.
- Gender: woman!
- Season: summer. Such a strong and sweet perfume together with those who contain oud, are meant for heat.
- Warning: the liquid has an intensive red color, that can leave stains on your clothes, so portion it only on skin.

So Granada, Spain. Must be hot, a bit crowded, mixing something historical and new together. Of course it must be also vivid.

I tested first the fragrance itself, now that I have begun writing this review, I took a look at the town on the Internet, and it is hard to describe, how unfathomably differs the impressiveness of the place and the fragrance.

GRANADA – first pops out melon from the crowd of interesting notes. LIAISONS DANGEREUSES (Kilian) is the nearest simile to the nice and strong heliotrope of the heart. Molten vanille. If one made a nuclear reactor from vanille and it would burnt out, I bet it would have the same pretentious scent. I fell in love, and after that... jasmine kicks in. I almost scrub that agressive flower down, but something weird happens.

A metallic note cuts down the buds of the jasmine, all the tiny-shiny innocent flowers with the evil and strangling odor, and the whole creature smells like a bunch of flower on hot metal. After the ribald opening, GRANADA settles down, the lush girl turns to be a lady. The cold night is overlying on the town after the hot daytime. Being fond of metallic scents - that is a perfect base for me.

- like heat;
- are girl of woman (of any age);
- like sweet perfumes;
- can wear jasmine and strong fragrances;
- look for adventures;
- are not afraid of metallic notes.

GRANADA is not for you, if you
- like perfumes with citrus;
- are boy or man (of any age);
- like fruitty perfumes, something that is easy to wear;
- tested Liaisons Dangereuses, and disliked it;
- are searching a perfume for daily wear or for business occasions;
- think that metals should stay in the kitchen, and must not occupy your fragrance wardrobe.

How do you feel, when you read the word: Kyoto? What does coming in your mind? Do you see something behind your closed eyes? What is it? What texture does it have? What kind of scent does it have?

BD grabbed these impressions and put them in the bottle. KYOTO is more masculine than feminine for my nose. A tart, fresh, salty fragrance, the incense is not agressive there, much less smoky than for example AVIGNON. The common point is the gloomy mood, the coldness, it seems that is an unavoidable feature of religious centers.

KYOTO is a good scent, elegant, but endurance and sillage is nothing special, and even though wearing this fragrance is comfortable and composing, I would not say, that it will be my favourite.
