There are these types of grass, you do not want to stop sniffing, so beautiful the crystals sparkle, so flattering the nose. That's what I was hoping for from ganja. And then there is this damp, sticky, dark green grass - no crystals, no freshness, rather musty damp. That's what I got. Immediately after spraying on, a brief freshness that reminds me of "Étoiles Silver | Al Haramain / الحرمين". Only a short time later, however, I'm somewhere between caraway and soup green. Authentic yes, but unfortunately not in the direction I wanted.

For me, a bad buy and again an indication that I should lower my blind purchase price limit.

The bottle is great, the cap is heavy and "snaps" magnetically really good. The atomizer could scatter better, with which one must go already arg far away.

I will not rate the fragrance here, I would find that unfair. For the quality of execution I give 8 points, I know by "Blackpepper | Comme des Garçons" that it also goes even more authentic. For the fragrance itself I can not give more than two, at most three points, I just do not want to smell so.

"Pegasus | Parfums de Marly" reminds me strongly of "Le Mâle Eau Fraîche Popeye Edition | Jean Paul Gaultier", and I associate that with a fresh, yet slightly sweet bubblegum. Pegasus strikes exactly in the notch, only without the mint, without the freshness. Eau Fraîche for high summer, Pegasus for autumn and spring.
Maybe I write complete bullshit because I have a slight cold, but currently one is on the left arm, the other on the right, and for me the two are very similar except for the difference in freshness.

The fragrance is described here by many so subtle and sophisticated. It actually reminds me of my childhood days, when I was with my father or my mother in the shoe store. No Deichmann or Foot Locker, but a classic cobbler, where more or less exclusively leather shoes, and possibly handbags are on the shelf. The leather, coupled with a slight sweetness of adhesives, so Godolphin smells to me. The fragrance I find super, but I will probably wear him only rarely, because to me the relevance does not really open up yet - the question is yes when and why do I want to smell so.

Flacon and spray head are PDM-typically super, the perfume itself is strikingly oily, so seems to be quite highly concentrated. The sillage can not keep up with monsters like Layton, but that's probably good with this kind of fragrance, I think the should surround you rather subtly instead of being intrusive.

Dark, smoky leather, with a touch of raspberry - absolutely brilliant in my eyes, but it has a problem. I don't know where the threshold is, but it seems to me that the fragrance is only activated at a certain temperature. I've worn it five times now. Once I was visiting a friend who said "I smell it every time you move". My father, who has never asked me about a perfume before, did so about Ombe Nomade, calling it "absolutely room-filling". But now comes the sobering part: where it's supposed to work, it doesn't work at all. I've been to two birthday parties and an open air festival. Nobody could smell the fragrance. Because I was so surprised that no one approached me due to my indoor experience, I even asked my friends if they could smell anything. And it wasn't until I was 10 cm away that I got an "oh yes, now I can smell it". I don't know why, but either the scent doesn't seem to be transported at temperatures below 18 degrees, or it simply isn't smelled by the noses there. Absolutely curious and disappointing for me because I see the fragrance more in the fall, where it apparently doesn't work on me.

I wouldn't have thought it, and I don't know if I would have made the connection if I didn't know that this fragrance by Lattafa is a homage to a perfume called "On the Fireplace". But now I know that and actually associate the smell with a campfire.

Immediately after spraying it on, I thought to myself "uff, an oud bomb", but after just 10 minutes, a leathery, woody and incredibly pleasant scent spreads that couldn't capture the campfire theme any better. I only perceive vanilla very subtly, and that's a good thing, because it has no place in this setting - I only grill sausages around my campfires, not marshmallows.

Contrary to popular opinion, I see the scent mainly in summer. Because campfires are a summer thing for me. I light a fire by the lake or river in the afternoon or evening - that's what I do in summer. In winter, I might have a fire in a fire bowl or a "ghetto barrel", but that has nothing to do with a campfire. And that's precisely why I think this perfume is perfect for summer, simply because I associate the theme with summer. I don't understand why you should always counter warm weather with fresh fragrances, instead you can complement summer with warm fragrances. After all, perfume is not clothing and can neither cool nor warm you.

Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud seems quite weak to me in terms of H/S, I only wore it on my arm to test it, but after just one hour it became very close to the skin. Maybe it also makes me "smell-blind", I'll have to test that in company. Update: I had the fragrance on my arm all night and kept noticing it even though I didn't sleep on it. It's really very, very pleasant, a really cozy scent. It's probably just that it blinds me to the smell at the beginning and has to settle first.

Absolutely unisex in my opinion, but both men and women have to be able to wear it. This is something for adults, it would look out of place on a teenager.

The bottle, cap and sprayer are good, but the bottle could only be half the size for me, I rarely wear something that special.
