Oriental, spicy, good!
To every reader: That this is not - and I mean explicitly NOT - a summer scent should be clear to everyone by now. Because of its spicy sweetness, it is recommended to test this fragrance in advance instead of making a blind buy.

But now to the fragrance:
It wasn't love at first sight (which, by the way, turned out to be fatal quite often), nor love at second sight - in fact, the nice lady from the shop with the big D had to persuade me to put this scent under my nose again. Once again I thought "sweet, spicy, vanilla, how boring - many people can do that", but sometimes you have to be forced to your luck first. After a lively discussion, the saleswoman finally managed to convince me to test the scent on my skin. No sooner said than done and out of the shop. While strolling around in the city, I forgot what I had on my skin, because this scent - at least for me personally - is not that loud. At that time the scent was on my skin for about 45 minutes, so my hand reflexively approached my nose. What can I say... i was absolutely thrilled. I was aware that scents on test strips do not develop as well as on the skin, but that "Mhh joa sweet as many - nothing special" became a "wow, I MUST have" was a mystery to me and still is today.
About 60 minutes after my visit to the blue perfumery chain, I was again in front of the lady, who, without asking, picked up the scent and brought a confident "I told you so - I knew you would come back" over her lips

For me V&R Spicebomb Extreme makes the winter months really cosy. No matter if it's a nice evening walk, a visit to the Christmas market, a party or a cuddly evening in front of the fireplace with your girlfriend. In addition, there is a very pleasant Sillage with bombastic durability.

For me an absolute recommendation a must have in every collection.

The noblest iris in the game
The search for the perfect iris fragrance just doesn't stop - especially because I love DHI so much
In the course of my constant research I often (rightly) became aware of Bois D'argent from Dior. The direct comparison with DHI, however, should be treated with caution, since the fragrances next to the iris have nothing to do with each other in my opinion

Well, as so often said, "Souk takes care of that" - said, done - bottling ordered and 4 days later unpacked and tested full of anticipation. What can I say... already after the first spray on the back of my hand, a slightly creamy, woody iris note blew into my nose, not at all obtrusive - it directly triggers the desire for more in me. So sensual and light, yet masculine, BD wraps itself around my neck like a veil. Since the first test order (5ml) I immediately ordered 50ml via sharing, because I just can't get enough. For me it is a clear sign of becoming a Knadidat of one of my signature fragrances, especially in the office, because it doesn't scream loudly, but rather elegantly and calmly accompanies me through the day.

Final conclusion: With "Bois D'argent" Dior Privée has put on the iris crown for itself, absolutely deservedly.

Orange kisses lemon
Usually I am more a fan of heavy fragrances. Here the motto "rules are there to be broken" is absolutely true. The very first time I sprayed the fragrance at my favourite local perfumery I was catapulted back to my last year's Ibiza holiday. This fragrance embodies summer and has immediately joined my alltime favorites.

I am already looking forward to the warm days, when I stroll through the sun smelling of freshly squeezed tangerine paired with lemon.

Thanks Tom Ford for this great fragrance composition!

Lemon paired with soap
Actually, I'm more of a fan of heavy fragrances, but when I visited my regular perfumery at the weekend, I couldn't go home without what I learned was the classic Acqua Di Parma - Colonia. The citric freshness combined with soap just blew my mind. Seldom have I been so happy with a spontaneous purchase as with this one.
