Many people talk about this fragrance as being incredibly simple, I tend to agree but there is definitely a complexity and a backbone to this fragrance. Where this perfume shines is in its projection which will fill a room. The scent is quite common and smells designerish but with a clive christian luxury signature touch which makes this perfume special. It is definitely pricy for what it is but presentation makes up for a lot of the cost too. When you see the presentation you know that you got yourself a fine fragrance.
In terms of smell, I've gotten lots of compliments with this one and I really love wearing it, it definitely gets you noticed and definitely a safe good smelling masculine scent. Amazing for summer

Just the smell alone reminds me of all occasions I've worn it and memories I made with it. Since the first time I tried it I was in love. The scent is not super unique but it has that super luxury clive christian signature twist to it. For me, this scent is a powerhouse, it lasts and lasts and lasts and I love wearing it in summer nights, thats where it absolutely shines. Did I mention compliments? This scent will definitely get you noticed. It has this cherry and leather notes which are irresistible. The bottle is also gorgeous, talking about the 75 ml one which I was lucky to find. This scent will always be special and stay in my collection. Simple yet complex, common yet decadent. The special molecules used in this collection really make it pheromone like. Must try from the house, my favourite one from clive by far.

You can clearly see that a skilled perfumer has worked on this masterpiece, the complexity of it is out of this world, the sillage and the performance match it too. It can be worn in formal environments but also in situations where you want to feel special. This scent has gathered me some crazy compliments and has been in my collection for a long time. I happen to even wear it in summer, the apple and lavender make this fragrance shine even though it is heavy, i dont believe in scents being only for a certain season.
Sample it and if you find it cheaper, go for it. If this fragrance was priced at 300 euros for 100 ml then I'd say it is completely worth it, at 500 euros, it depends on the persons budget and how much they love this scent. Nevertheless, it is a masterpiece.

It’s very hard for brands to compete in the quality of boadicea perfumes and carbon sapphire shows it exactly. The oud inside smells of the highest possible quality, scent is sexy and beast mode and smells like a million bucks. Very assertive fragrance which will get you noticed. Expensive but worth the money in my opinion

Wasnt love at first sniff for me, definitely took me a while to understand and appreciate this scent, it is a resinous acquatic, as oxymoronic as this description sounds, the perfumer did a crazy good job blending this one and it is very multi faceted. I never thought of it being summer king, i always like to look at other scents for it but always find myself reaching for oud bleu. It became a very special scent for me and a signature and made so many memories with it throughout the past 3 years that i keep on wearing it. It is my 3rd bottle now, began with 15 mls then 50 and now 100ml and I can see myself wearing this scent for many years to come. It is very unexpected that this scent became my signature since I smelled it first time. Maybe because it is special and nothing smells like it? Maybe versatile? Maybe also quite sexy? Maybe just suits me? For all I know is that I always feel good wearing this scent and I recommend everyone go through a small decant as it does take a while to fully understand and appreciate the scent. Not for beginner noses. I've tried many scents throughout my journey and own and owned quite a few special scents but the 2 scents I always reach for with pleasure is oud bleu for day and roja parfum de la nuit 3 for special occasion, if i could only have 2 scents it would be these two.
