Uden Overdose for Every Occasion
Is the Uden Overdose a jack-of-all-trades?
It starts fresh, zesty, spicy, and quite quickly ginger and tobacco blossom come to the fore; however, in my opinion, the coffee could come through a bit more, as it gently lingers in the background, followed by musk and amber.
Where can you wear this fragrance? I would actually recommend it for any occasion and season where you simply want to smell good and not offend anyone, as it comes across as elegant and serious. In summer, however, I would only wear it at normal temperatures, but that’s something everyone has to decide for themselves.
H/S I perceive the scent on my skin for about 6-8 hours, depending on the day! The fragrance radiates well for the first 3-4 hours, after which it comes and goes intermittently and radiates moderately.
Packaging and Design:
The perfume comes in a luxurious gold tapering bottle with a golden Overdose inscription, in a burgundy faux leather box, simply beautifully designed!
As a finishing touch, each Shootingstar collection includes a small fragment of a meteor shower, the authenticity of which is noted with an accompanying certificate and a production number on the cap.
From my perspective, a clear recommendation to buy, although I would categorize this fragrance as rather masculine.

Party on the Beach in Malibu
Wonderfully refreshing coconut/lime scent. Perfect for summer or as a vacation companion. With this fragrance, I associate vacation in a bottle, as if one were lying on the beach under palm trees with a piña colada in hand.
The scent starts off very intense with coconut and lime for the first 10-15 minutes, and in the background, the rum is also quite noticeable, but then it becomes calmer and rounder; still, in my opinion, the coconut dominates the most.
Price-performance:
You really get a lot of vacation in a bottle for your money here.
100ml for 116 euros I find fully justified; on me, the scent lasts easily 7-8 hours on the skin and projects well for the first 3 hours, then it fades a bit, but it always likes to reappear.

The bottle fits well in the hand, and the sprayer emits a large, wide mist. Unfortunately, the cap is only made of plastic but fits well on the bottle; perhaps a different choice could have been made here.

Is the hype justified?
I find it has something of Rosso Pompei, but it is a bit more vibrant in the opening, and Rosso Pompei feels rounder and more balanced. The H/S and price-performance ratio here is really good, and you can definitely buy it blind; it is pleasing and does not offend. Although grapefruit is not listed in the fragrance pyramid, I do perceive it, and otherwise, the mandarin is also very noticeable.

Fruit Cocktail in a Bottle
In search of a zesty and fruity scent, I came across Erba Pura due to the many positive reviews.
When I first sprayed the fragrance, I thought wow, what a beautiful fruity scent. You can literally smell the different fruits contained in this fragrance. I use the perfume for spring and summer; you could also describe it as a party scent, as it simply brings good mood and atmosphere.

On my skin, it lasts a solid 8-10 hours.
As for the sillage, I would say it projects quite well for the first 4 hours. After that, it is still pleasant to smell, but it does fade a bit; however, you can still smell it well from 1 meter away. In the office or in small rooms, I wouldn’t recommend it, as it can be quite overwhelming for others.

Gentleman in a Bottle
I was looking for an elegant fragrance and came across a small but fine perfume shop near me, where I was able to test this perfume. The scent started off lightly fruity, woody, and oriental, and I found the oud in this fragrance to be very pleasant.
I tested the scent on a cold day on my wrist and caught myself often smelling it; I was completely taken with it, as it was a fragrance I had never encountered before. When I then decided to buy this perfume, I wore it at my next opportunity, and I must say that it was quite well received by those around me.
For sillage and longevity; I can give a 10 for each, I never used more than 2 sprays.

I would recommend wearing it on colder days and for going out or leisure activities; at work, everyone has to assess that for themselves, as it can fill a small office quite quickly.
