Philosia by KORRES 2024 edt

A very fresh and  very  green woody fragrance called Philosia is the latest launch by KORRES. What is Philosia exactly except the word play which is deliberate. The word Fyllosia means foliation but spelled Philosia this fragrance is addressed to green, sweet, juicy woody balsamic lovers and this is what it is a sweet,aromatic, green  woody musk. It opens with bergamot and orange and mandarin zest to embrace the middle notes of pine needles, fir resin, star anice and eucalyptus. The base of the fragrance pyramid (the dry down) is a sweet woody musk enriched by lush musk, patchouli, cedar wood,and guaiac wood. Maybe it doesn't have the longest duration ever, but if you take into account the really reasonable price of it the moderate duration of the fragrance is actually very reliable and satisfying.
