Lemon is main note I get
This is a nice perfume, somewhat unique/interesting, but not too out there to be potentially offensive (safe for work if applied lightly, I'd say). It's not really for me though, but that's just personal preference.

Upon first spritz I get strong lemon. Not sweet and sugary lemon, more like lightly toasted or very fresh lemon rind. Then I also get a toasty, nuttiness. Almond maybe? But not generic, sickly, sweet almond. Like if you took plain almonds, crushed them and then baked them for a bit, with no extra sugar or spices. The nutty, lemon scent slowly dissipates. I don't really get any sort of transformation or other notes. Once it fades, it's gone (for me, I get a total of a couple of hours).

I probably wouldn't blind buy unless you're really into lemon. It's nice in that feels summery and fresh, without any sort of stereotypical or immature "fruity" notes. It's a citrus for adults.

Nice floral perfume, but I don't get gardenia
This is a nice, mostly inoffensive perfume. Despite the name, I really don't get much gardenia.

I get an initial note of purply, berry, sweet tart like candy. Then it moves to a general floral. It's here that I'm surprised to not get gardenia. Or at least what I normally think of as gardenia. I don't know? Maybe I don't actually know what gardenia smells like? I get more of a violet, freesia like floral. Then it sort of melts into a caramely/amber/skin like scent.

Very mid in terms of how long it lasts. For me it doesn't seem to project very much, but I think of that as a good thing. It feels like it lasts for a decent amount of time but it only hangs in a fairly small bubble around me. For me, it's a safe for work perfume. I'd say it's a fairly safe blind buy - as long as you are generally ok with florals.

This isn't one that I'm going to buy a full bottle of or constantly reach for but it's nice. No complaints. I'll happily use up the sample size I have. There's just nothing super unique or interesting about it.

Nice scent, if you don't mind powder
Nice, very clean scent. Smells like powdery, laundry and floral combined - but the powdery part is the strongest to my nose. It's not a juvenile, baby powdery type of powder scent. It's cooler and more mature smelling to me.

Once it starts to dry down I get more florals - but very much on the freesia/lily of valley side of floral. Definitely not cloying. Think flowers in the winter.

Eventually it dries down to a light musk/skin scent.

Very mid-range in terms of longevity and throw on me. It's a very nice scent. Generally inoffensive, but also a touch unique/sophisticated. I consider it a "safe for work scent" (though I don't spray it directly on myself when going to work, I hold it as far out as possible, spritz one or twice then step in it).

Strong, specific scent
Pros: this perfume is strong. A single spritz will last you all day, so therefore I imagine one bottle could last quite awhile.

Cons: I get that this is all just personal taste, but I'm not a fan of this scent at all. It's very heavy feeling/smelling to me. Also, unfortunately, it smells very much like a perfume my great grandmother wore (the rose notes are very similar) so it's hard for me to think of anybody under 80 wearing this. I smell dried roses, powder and a ton of patchouli. Maybe a hint of cinnamon.

To me, it smells exactly how I imagine Professor Trelawney's attic classroom would have smelled like in the Harry Potter books.

No shade to those who enjoy this scent. Logically, I can understand why, but it's a pretty strong/specific scent. I would not recommend blind buying.
