Creamy Vanilla-Magnolia with Elegance
The notes initially suggest a cloyingly sweet and girlish sugary scent, or rather, one might fear that…
However, it is nothing like Oriana by PdM or Love, don’t be shy by Kilian… but rather an almost elegant vanilla with a touch of sweetness, made extraordinary by the note of magnolia, which also somehow adds a sense of coziness. One can imagine, for example, a well-groomed young woman with long, flowing hair and a soft, white cashmere sweater. Despite its warming character, the fragrance also performs well in warmer temperatures.
Presumably, the fragrance is not a great work of art in perfumery, but it doesn’t have to be. Especially for vanilla lovers, I see it as a successful variation and addition to a vanilla portfolio.
The scent does not undergo any significant development, but I find it consistently pleasant. With enough sprays, you can smell it throughout an entire workday, with the sweetness never becoming overwhelming. Instead, one perceives a pleasant mist.

Feminine Signature with a Certain Something
The scent is not easy to describe, as it doesn't particularly lean in any direction in my perception. So far, every time I have worn the fragrance at work (office), I have been approached about it. No one can quite say which direction the scent goes; sometimes people aren't even aware that it's a perfume, rather it’s often said: “something smells really nice here.” In any case, the scent is well perceived, radiates widely, and lasts all day (for me with 4 to 5 sprays).
To imagine the direction, I always make the comparison to Erba Pura. The musk is just as present and goes in the same direction. However, Romance in Florence appears more floral, making it overall not as piercing as Erba Pura can be for some noses.
For me, the scent is perfect for all confident women who want to emphasize their femininity a bit... but don’t want to come off with the typical floral scent, rather they want to spread a pleasant aura with a certain something. For me, it’s a signature candidate that works anytime and anywhere.
