.. I thought to myself..

A nice packaging, quite appealing, almost elegant as expected from Lattafa..
So I unpacked it right away and, ohh, beautiful bottle.. Yes, it will directly find its place in my little collection..

Then it was time to try it out, and I must say this scent is somewhat of an acquired taste, it starts off very smoky and woody.. Quite strong..
I find that quite pleasant, as one does want some variety..
Then about 20 minutes later, a mix of oud and rose appears, but the smokiness remains.. Then it becomes a bit smoky vanilla, but milder..
It lasts about 8 hours on my skin..
A rather pleasant scent that will be used from time to time, but it doesn't make my top 10..


But again, I can only say, if you like the scent profiles, give it a try for the small price..

.. is this perfume, almost niche..
Because that’s where it will stay for me, in the shadow of many other perfumes, and it won’t make it into my top 20.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good scent and I will keep it..
If I were to meet someone wearing this perfume, I would say, Hey, you smell good..
But for me, it won’t be used that often, it’s too special and I know I won’t wear it frequently..

It’s already a more intense scent cloud that you carry with you, I like that and would wear it, for example, at the fair, while walking, or by the campfire..
Definitely not in small rooms..
I wouldn’t expect many compliments..
I smell smoky licorice, a slightly woody note, delicious hints of caramel and vanilla, but everything is very smoky and rather sweet..
I had the scent on my nose for about 10 hours, which I also like..
I am a "fan" of the brand Lattafa, but this scent just won’t be used often..
There’s simply more that I prefer..

But anyone who finds the scent notes interesting should try it for the small price..

Let me start from the beginning..
Full of anticipation, I unpacked the package and I found the box quite nice..
Box opened, and wow, what a high-quality bottle!
Heavy, solid, robust, and really beautiful, purple okay, but truly beautiful and elegant!
It felt so good in my hand and already, almost by itself, the scent filled the air..
I close my eyes and let the scent wash over me.. Does it smell like bergamot? Pink pepper?
Phew, honestly, no idea..
Damn, I had already applied another perfume and thus had to postpone this one to today.. But in my hallway, it still smelled for another hour afterwards.. Damn!

Huu, today was the day, 1 2, 1 2, 1.
The perfume is insane, some describe the beginning as a metallic smell, hmm, 1, 2 minutes, I find it particularly, incredibly beautiful..
Then the roses come, countless roses, in my imagination deep dark red roses.. (not pink, no, don’t ruin my imagination ;))
(Why do I think that this is how the rose must have smelled in Beauty and the Beast!?)
Hmm, maybe because I felt particularly special with this scent. We went for a walk, about 8km, and I kept smelling these wonderful roses that the wind blew around my nose..
Do you know that feeling when you have new shoes, a new shirt, or new pants and you feel really good with it!?
That's how I felt today with this scent..

Now some of you might think, ohh, rose scent, maybe only associated with women or grandmas..
No, really totally unisex suitable, but in the end, everyone has to decide that for themselves..
I perceived a bit of oud, or maybe just imagined it..
Also somehow light sweet spices..

For €22 I got an amazing overall package!
I feel masculine, extraordinary, and special..

After about 13, almost 14 hours, I can still smell it, and so can my surroundings..

I'm going to bed now, still smelling a little on my wrist and hopefully dreaming of my Belle..

When I unpacked this perfume, I thought wow, very nice packaging and the bottle is very high quality!
Sprayed it on and, wow..
Great scent, sprayed again and I was thrilled.
I am a fan of oriental fragrances, this one is not too strong and overpowering, but still present.
It smells slightly sweet, then there’s something I can’t quite define yet.
(Sry, I just recently started my passion for perfumes..)
Then I also smell a hint of leather, very pleasant..
It lasts on my skin about 6-8 hours, which I find quite okay..
For me, it’s definitely an everyday scent, also suitable for the office!
In the evening, or among many people, I would prefer other scents..
But everyone has different preferences..
I can definitely recommend this perfume. And at the affordable price, you can’t really go wrong..
Otherwise, there’s always the souk here.. ;))

By the way, my first review here, maybe not the best, but hopefully helpful for one or the other.. I will train my nose better in the future.. ;))
