I would say THE office fragrance par excellence. Discreetly worn even perfume-haters will have nothing to complain about here. Clean and powdery basic character. Already unmistakable but by the popularity and simplicity of the fragrance not necessarily what strikingly special.

Can be worn in my opinion at any time of year and during the day as well as in the evening. Is of course not a heavy fragrance and therefore goes in the winter or in the club definitely under.

My favorite when I know that I meet new/foreign people in the office everyday life. Very diplomatic, neutral (in the sense of not offensive, but also no compliment "Beast") and serious fragrance.

This fragrance was one of my first "blind purchases" in my young fragrance career. I have seen so many positive reviews on the net that I have saved me the sample sniffing and directly times the 100 ml version of the fragrance got hold of!

2 sprays on the forearm and...wow, what a spicy, masculine scent! It has a slightly smoky, creamy aroma, I also detect a slight hint of lavender. Although I'm not the biggest lavender fan, this is wonderfully incorporated into La nuit de l'homme that I find it really fitting!

The scent lasts a minimum of 5 hours and is very intense, but still leaves people in the area breathing room :)

I keep him Perfect for the club or beautiful summer evenings. Can imagine him, however, actually in any weather scenario.

On the subject of compliments - You get a lot with this miracle water. It is striking, however, that just the ladies 40+ on the fragrance departs. So it also happened that my 75 year old neighbor, has thrown me a "mmmmh" after :)

Would I buy this fragrance again "blind"? Yes, absolutely! For me a must have fragrance! - Should be on many a Christmas wish list ;)

Taste is not or can be argued about. That is up to each person. Herod is a somewhat spicy scent - but also oriental. It starts with cacao/chocolate, but then turns spicy - what makes it unique is the incredibly long lasting. And it's not mainstream. You don't smell like everyone else - and you still notice the scent even after hours - if you buy currently advertised fragrances in DuftAldi, somehow every second person has them - and often you quickly re-spray because you don't notice the scent anymore. That doesn't happen with Herod. 1. It remains present, and 2. not everyone has it. And if you calculate 3. that you do not need so much of it to set scent marks, you have 4. actually also a price advantage.

A for my opinion well made fragrance at an excellent price-performance ratio. Strongly reminiscent of a product of a renowned English fragrance manufacturer. The original has a finer fruity prelude and is less smoky. CDNI, on the other hand, conveys this fruitiness rather obtrusively at first. Bergamot, lemon and black Johanisbeere empfimde I initially as almost disturbing.
In the course, however, the fragrance becomes more and more pleasant for me. It joins a smoky undertone, which disappears towards the dry-down again something. At the end I take patchouli, musk and slightly woody tones was.
The base is very pleasant and can be perceived even after 8-10 hours.
The sillage is initially strong, but diminishes over time.
The flacon is underground bad, but this can be seen well away.

A very very great fragrance, which is very expensive, but also unique. Initially you smell gaaaaanz very light freshness (probably from the apple note) while nevertheless the sweetness predominates, which in turn is underlined throughout by a pleasant light spiciness. Over time, the sweetness fades very slowly, allowing the spiciness to come through better. As I said above, the scent is very unique in my opinion and the price is also justified overall, because you really notice the Layton all day. Applied early in the morning at just before 7, I still notice the scent very well a good 10 hours later(5pm). Of course, there are many sweet fragrances, but none that comes across as multi-faceted to my nose. Of course, it is always advisable to try fragrances beforehand or to get bottlings before buying a whole bottle, especially with a high-priced fragrance like this one. But all in all from me absolute recommendation and I even find it a bit of a shame that it is getting warmer again. As soon as it has 20 degrees +, the sweetness is actually unfortunately too much. But for the autumn and winter months and as long as the spring is still before the door, this is the perfect fragrance for me :)
