a great pick for summer
I like this a lot -- it reminds me of sunscreen in a great way. Smells like being on the beach, the sun is shining, the vibes are good, there's the smell of sunscreen, salt, and sea in the air. The jasmine is there for sure, like if somewhere there's a jasmine plant blooming at the edge of an ocean beach, that's what this smells like.
a decent flanker for one of my favorite fragrances
I'm a big fan of Donna Born in Roma og, and this is a nice addition to the collection. The tea note at the beginning lends it a greenness that makes this fragrance more complex than just, jasmine/vanilla. On me the sillage is very personal, and the longevity is OK (can still get a whiff after a few hours on a hot summer day) but not as strong as the original DBiR. At the opening, when the tea note is still present, it reminded me almost of an herbal liqueur. Will I buy it repeatedly as I have with the original in the collection, probably not, but this is definitely aimed at those who are looking for her sweeter, softer sister, and those folks likely won't regret their purchase.
she's fine but she's not my favorite
I don't dislike Glossier You Fleur as a scent, but to me, this has the least amount of character out of the You line. It feels to me like Glossier's afterthought after the success of Doux and Rêve.
It's not by any means a bad fragrance -- it is a sweeter, softer version of You, so for those who are in the market for that, I don't think it will disappoint, but I missed the ambroxan heartline that runs through the original and the first two flankers. In You Fleur, the signature muskyness/ambroxan of the You line is softened by the apricot skin and the yellow florals to a point where it feels unrecognizable to me. Longevity and sillage are nothing to write home about, in my experience, maybe a few hours at most on skin. All in all, nothing wrong with it, and Glossier does come at a pretty affordable price point, so maybe I shouldn't complain, but I can't help but compare it to the rest of the line, and to me it does not hold up.

nothing you can't find somewhere else, done better and probably for less $$
opens with (on me) a sharp, pithy bergamot/grapefruit vibe, then after maybe an hour or so morphs into a nice, but lackluster imo, musky skin scent. it's fine, the opening is really not to my taste but taste is personal and subjective, so I'm sure others would like it. The drydown to me doesn't match the opening, like the opening and the base have two different customers. Additionally, in my experience the sillage is nothing, and longevity is maybe a few hours at best -- not a bad thing if that's what you're looking for, but all in all, this fragrance doesn't really work for me.
