I bought this perfume for my beloved after hearing that it was a "vampiric cherry" type of flavor. I agree it is definitely a mature scent that evokes warm liquor in cold nighttime air. The cherry is very photorealistic and gives way to a disciplined mix of warm spices. I find it perfectly mysterious and self-assured, and a great accessory for an evening out.

I saw several reviews saying this was reminiscent of a tattoo. I've been looking for a fragrance like that for years, so I got a sample. It's not exactly what I wanted, but it's still pleasant. A very smooth, deep fragrance that (on my skin) started out almost like rice and faded to a sharper, more woody birch+vetiver blend. It's unique in a subdued way. It wears close to the skin but leaves a trace. Not the loud, acrid ink and metal I was hoping for, but rather the stale office air of a lifetime of toner cartridges. I plan on layering it with other fragrances since I love the base notes, but on its own its just 6/10 for me.
