AkroAll perfumes & Information

Akro is a fragrance brand that emerged from a family collaboration in 2018: father and daughter, united by a shared vision: perfume as an expression of personal preferences and an olfactory reflection of human desires. The name "Akro" is derived from the French "accro", which means "addicted" or "obsessed" and reflects the concept of the brand: To create fragrances that capture human obsessions in a sensual and memorable way.
The inspiration for Akro was born in London, more precisely in Ladbroke. Grove, a district that is not only loud and lively, but also smells of street kitchens, old wood, warm asphalt and dancing the night away. After a long, intense summer full of impressions, Anaïs had an idea: why not turn these very aromas into fragrances? Not just floral or fruity notes, but the very essence of life - a moment, a pleasure, a small obsession - worn as a fragrance on the skin.
To realize her vision, Anaïs turned to her father, Olivier Cresp, an experienced perfumer responsible for world-famous fragrances such as Dolce & Gabbana's "Light Blue" and Mugler's "Angel". Together they began to develop their ideas and concepts, which ultimately led to the creation of Akro.
The Akro collection captures everyday olfactory experiences and personal vices: from a strong espresso in the morning and the smoky note of a midnight cigarette to the bitter depth of dark chocolate and the warm aftertaste of a whisky. Unusual fragrances such as seaweed, hazelnut and caraway are used to emphasize the brand's unconventional approach. Many of these raw materials come from the repertoire of Firmenich, a leading company in the perfume industry, where Olivier Cresp has worked since the 1990s.
Despite its international focus, Ladbroke Grove remains the center of Akro - the place that has inspired and continues to shape the brand and its fragrance vision.
