Pleasantly surprised
I really didn't like Cherry Baby or Me Espresso so I had low expectations for this one and I'm honestly shocked at how much I like this. I wouldn't call this lemon pie, personally, so just like Me Espresso, there's a name disconnect. To me, it smells like a lemon sandwich cookie. It's not very complex, but it is very nice. The cookie smell is the one that lasts the longest on the skin, but there's faint lemon all day, which is honestly really impressive given how citrus normally performs. I get about 8 hours of close sillage with this one and it's a very pleasant experience. This is definitely up there with the OG and CD for me, very surprised.
gummy candies
the name of this perfume is very apt. ariana grande perfumes are generally very sweet in my experience, and this is maybe the sweetest in the bunch. it’s very jammy sweet, like those dollar store strawberry candies. i mean that as a compliment, but it is bordering on artificially sweet. a little powdery, but mostly fruity and sweet, i think this would be popular with younger people. personally, i think this would be a killer signature scent on the right man too lmao

i really love eilish original and, while i don’t have it, i saw this on sale for about 50% off and figured i’d give it a try. i really, really appreciate that this is different from the bulk of celebrity fragrances. this is woody and smoky and not at all sweet, it’s a more masculine scent where most celebrity fragrances are sugary sweet in my experience. for that, it gets a lot of points. longevity could be better and it could be more complex, but overall, this was a really solid blind buy.
hard to describe
the muskiness in this takes down the fruitiness to a point where i read grapefruit and had to squint for a second. it’s definitely there, but it’s a very well blended fragrance — it’s not overly one note over another. i enjoy it but i don’t think it’s everyday for me! it almost smells a little rosy and that can sometimes be a bit off putting for me so im not at all surprised by that.

The literal only negative thing I have to say about this perfume is that it’s a little too strong. It can be overpowering and extend past my preferred sillage.
That said. Sapote should be in every perfume. Oh my god, this smells delightful. It makes me want Mojave Ghost so I can see if they smell the same, but I love this one so much I don’t see the point fully? It’s sweet and warm in a way that feels very tropical rather than winter-y. I’m not a citrus or coconut girl, so this is one of my favorite summer fragrances. It’s absolutely beautiful.
