Opaque bottles

Opaque bottles 3

How do you get on with those bottles you can’t even see through? I get it, no ligt can come in so the perfume keeps its freshness over time. But you have no idea when that day comes… the finish. Where are the last drops? How to hold the bottle to squeeze them out? All these questions…. Maybe I just shouldn’t buy Layton after all?

You could use a scale and track it that way, in most cases a flashlight works too.
Also, if Layton is a 10 for you and your wife enjoys it, I wouldn't think twice haha.

1. Turn off all the lights in the room. Absolute darkness is key for this to work.

2. Hold the bottle firmly in one hand and gently shake it three times, no more, no less.

3. Close your eyes and concentrate on the scent. The fragrance molecules in the air will begin to interact with the bottle’s internal liquid levels.

4. Slowly open your eyes but not all the way. Squint just enough to let the energy waves from the perfume refract properly.

5. If you’ve done it correctly, you will see a faint glowing aura inside the bottle. The size of this glow directly correlates to the amount of fragrance left. A full bottle glows bright, while an almost empty one flickers like a dying star.

6. If you see no glow at all, either the bottle is completely empty or you need to recalibrate your perfume energy field. Try again with deep breaths and a more open heart. Of course if you have read this far I hope you don’t mind me telling you that I’m joking.

@Stardust23 ooooh nooo! I would have tried it! Are you sure it doesn't work? It's worth a try as these opaque bottles are so annoying indeed.

@Stardust23  hahahaha. Doesn't work for me; I must need re-calibration. hahaha

@Ceesie the flashlight method should work for opaque glass bottles. Only the scale works for the Montales.
