Hello,
I am on quest to find a scent that smells as cold as ice or snow ❄️, and I was wondering if you guys had some recommendations.
For background, I have tried 
Sakura Snow but I find it to be more fresh than frigid… I’ve also been trying to get a sample of 
Snowy Owl.
But, aside from those two, I am not sure how to continue my search at this point.

Stairway To Heaven is the coldest perfume I've ever smelled. It's very very fizzy, very strong and not a safe blind buy. It's like being in a glass full of alkaseltzer lol
I own 
Albaura which is the best iciest perfume I've ever smelled. It's quite mossy and herbally. I absolutely love it. 
Penguin was a disappointment and doesn't smell cold at all.
Lune d'Eau is icy but melancholic. I'm still hunting for the perfect ice perfume with just a touch of floral. I think lot of perfumers rely on Juniper and musk which I don't enjoy.
There's also 
Frisson D'Hiver which looks interesting x
Le Flocon de Johann K which mimics a snow flake's fluffiness with mimosa, a bit of a strange one
Enlightenment which really had this coolness to it on my skin, cold more than fresh. Probably hard do test, but I found it interesting.

I second you with the Le Flocon de Johann K has this particular tingly/cold on the tip of nose really really surprising !
And I will suggest 
Absinthe and 
Morris, they both have this similar cold opening for me !
