I keep the boxes of a lot of my stuff. I'm crazy like that but somehow it gives me the confidence I can sell it more easily later on if I decide to do so. I also keep the boxes of new perfumes now, however I do find that kind of weird. The Xerjoff stuff is pretty awesome so those are keepers, but some of them are just bogstandard cartboard boxes. What do you do with them?
So far, I've been keeping them. I pack them in two large boxes, but those are starting to get full. I might eventually dispose of the cheap boxes and only keep the fancy ones like Xerjoff's.
All my fragrances are in their respective boxes, always. Most of decants too.
i keep the boxes in case i want to sell something i end up falling out of love with. plus, with moving, travel, etc, it can be easier to store perfume with boxes.

I always keep them because they will be useful when it comes to shipping, either for selling or moving to a new place.
I wish more people kept them. They are useful for shipping and storing, as well as identifying batches and vintages.
I store my perfumes in their boxes, in a dark, dry, and cool place. Some perfumes and almost all decants are in the (wine*)cooler; I keep the boxes for these perfumes separately (it is dark in the cooler). When a tester bottle costs €20-€50+ less than a regular bottle, I buy a tester. I keep the tester boxes too.
*there is no wine in this cooler, only perfumes.
I only have eight perfumes, but except for Amouage Decision, which is my daily driver, all the others are still in their original packaging and kept in the wardrobe.
Early in my journey I threw them away, because it never occurred to me not to. Now I keep them out of habit, and also some of the rarer ones have incredible presentations and packaging that are too stunning to throw away, I would be horrified. But this thing of keeping every single one in its packaging constantly, even when they're in use? That doesn't sound fun to me at all.
I used to throw them away, then I realized that if I ever need to resell blind buys, it’s better to keep the boxes, so I started saving all of them just in case. I also used to display the bottles, but I don’t anymore because I live in the Ring of Fire area and we’re always expecting earthquakes, including the Big One. I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately and decided to put all my fragrances back in their boxes so if they fall off the shelves, most of them will survive...🤞
Yeah, the boxes definitely add value to the collection, so even when I'm not intending to sell my fragrances, I'm keeping the boxes. Some of them are also very beautiful. I used to have such a big perfume closet in my previous flat that I had my boxes in display too, however in my current flat they don't fit in my display so I just keep them stored atm. Maybe at some point in the future I will again have more space to display them. ☺️
I recycle them. I don't have space to keep empty boxes in my life! (And even if I did -- I'm a testers person, so I have very few full-size perfumes, and therefore (a) few beautiful boxes and (b) no real worries about resales.)
I got rid of all my boxes save for my "American Psycho" one by Xyrena because it's really cool and I just keep the bottle in there anyway because it's nice to display.
