...I am my husband's perfumer . Sometimes I just buy perfumes for him knowing his taste but most of the time he behaves like a " perfume house" and tells me what he would like to have and I do my best to make my " customer" happy.He sincerely likes my passion for perfumes and encourages it.
Good-smelling cheapies are hard to find
...Grey Flannel is not expensive and it is a warm, well rounded, persistent eau de toilette whose notes I have discovered in more expensive brands. Mackie by Bob Mackie. A well achieved oriental, strong and with good sillage, in good taste and elegant, less expensive than Van Cleff and Arpels, Lancome etc.L'Or des Scynthes by Novaya Zarya. A $15 bottle for a marvelous, extremely powerful perfume.

...Yes, it happened and still happens to me and, just like you, I blamed it on my body getting too accustomed to it. I do not think so anymore but could not find an explanation. Maybe the perfume oil sets on top( like oil setting on top of water, alcohol tec.) and the scent is stronger and then you get more a diluted one. I have no idea.
