It's Christmas Eve and we're all sitting...
... together around the Christmas tree. The children are waiting impatiently to open their presents. Our mother has made a vanilla/coffee pudding for dessert. There is hot chocolate for the children and coffee for the adults. The whole room smells sweet afterwards. It is simply wonderful.
When you apply this fragrance, the first thing you get is vanilla, coffee, a light citrusy freshness with floral and spicy notes. This is then followed by cocoa and chestnut, which mingle with the vanilla and coffee. Something woody creeps in from the very back. The patchouli gives it a slightly dark, mysterious accord.
The longevity and silage are very good.
Here we have a fine flattering unisex fragrance that is a great perfume for adults aged 21 and over, although am I actually allowed to wear it? I'm well past that age but I feel like a teenager from time to time. This fragrance is a great scent for cold days in fall, winter and spring. This perfume is wearable during the day, but I think it shows its strength best in the evening. Whether at a dinner, a party, a family celebration or in a club. What I don't understand at all is the comparison with Salt Caramel by Shay & Blue. I have this fragrance at home and can't understand the comparison.
I also can't understand the sometimes bad reviews for this fragrance. It's a great, not quite everyday fragrance that makes you stand out without being overwhelming.
Anyone who likes a vanilla, coffee, cocoa, chestnut fragrance with a light dark tang could have a lot of fun here. The only thing that makes this brand a little bitter is the price.
