Blah..

This scent is exactly as you would expect it-- synthetic coconut and vanilla with a bit of faint white floral. I would not necessarily use the word "passion" to describe it, but that word does seem to be thrown around quite a bit, especially in reference to tropical fragrances. It is pleasant, but not at all groundbreaking. That being said, if a someone was looking for a groundbreaking scent, they wouldn't go to Victoria's Secret. It is not something I would want for, but it is not something I despise. I received it as a gift, and no matter how much I try to convince myself to wear it for a day, I just cannot do it.

Nut on the Run

After successfully testing the body lotion, I became curious about the Eau de Toilette... Well, what can I say:

Applied, it smells like the body lotion. Although vanilla and coconut are competing for the lead, the chemical vanilla ultimately triumphs over the artificial nut!! The little lily of the valley prefers to stay completely out of this struggle and doesn't show up at all. This doesn't really bother me given my aversion to lily of the valley.

It's a sweet scent. Quite subtle for this sweetness. It doesn't really remind me of a true coconut scent. It's more vanilla than nutty. The scent doesn't change much on the skin, which is probably due to the chemistry. However, the fragrance dissipates quite quickly! After an hour, it's almost gone! The price/performance ratio for this little water is quite good at about €18.00 on eBay for 30ml.

Conclusion: The body lotion is more recommendable. It lasts longer and unfolds more beautifully.
