Smells Really Expensive

So guys.. I tested the Montale Arabian Tonka on the same day as the Momento. The Montale Arabian Tonka starts sweeter and more chocolatey, while the Momento starts off fruity right away. At first, the Momento smells like a mix of Erba Pura and a bit of Montale. It's definitely not for weak noses. Longevity is very nice, I’m not really sure about the sillage yet. But... after about an hour, they actually smell quite similar.
A very noble fragrance, it really surprised me.

What a high-quality bottle with substantial weight.

A high-quality bottle and a great content - unbeatable for the price. To my nose, it smells about 90-95 % like Arabians Tonka, but better and less synthetic. Furthermore, it doesn't have that piercing element that can sometimes be bothersome in Arabians Tonka. It lasts long, projects strongly, and overall feels more refined, warmer, and pleasant on the skin.

Arabian Tonka for €30? YES!

The scent comes very close to Arabian Tonka, just with a few minor drawbacks. Particularly impressive are the longevity and sillage; the fragrance easily lasts all day and even longer on clothing.

The composition combines sweet sugar with the intense warmth of saffron and the classic, slightly smoky oud. The rose does not provide freshness but rather enhances the oriental aura of the fragrance, adding depth and character. This blend makes the scent a true oriental banger that stands out.

I have to say, I have always found Arabians Tonka very appealing, even though I have smelled the fragrance on many people. The dupe has strong longevity/sillage. From the opening to the drydown and even after hours, the scent smells 1 to 1 like Montale's Arabians Tonka. Even in depth, the fragrance fits very well. I would say about 95% similarity. Therefore, a clear recommendation to buy. And for €30, unbeatable.

Bold Fragrance

Momento by Riffs completely surprised me. I have tried a lot - designer, niche, Arabian - but this fragrance plays in a league of its own, especially for the price.

Right from the first spray, you can tell: Something big is coming. A sweet, deep oriental oud accord meets an elegant warmth that feels extremely masculine without being overpowering. It strongly reminds me of Shaghaf Oud Elixir by Swiss Arabian - almost one to one - just perhaps a bit rounder and more wearable.
