A crazy dark cherry !

I was able to meet the founder of this brand firsthand and talk to him about his fragrances.
He is a very nice young man with enthusiasm for the world of fragrances.
It is exactly this love that you can feel and smell in this scented building. Just when you think the scent has reached its peak, it changes again and you can fall in love with this crazy dark cherry again.

The Lost Child by Lost Cherry and Oud Satin Mood

Where to start..
I came across the fragrance for the first time in the niche perfumery anne gallwé.
After the first sniff, it was clear to me: this is a bomb! A beautiful, slightly dark cherry note, incense that gives the whole thing a smoky base, a beautiful rose that refines the whole thing and the next big player: Oud.
But not an animalic, too strong oud but a very pleasant, warm and quite wearable oud.
If I had to make a comparison, Aura would be the child of Lost Cherry and Oud Satin Mood.
A beautiful composition of these two main players.
The bottle with the darkened glass and the heavy lead cap also give the whole thing a more luxurious impression than it already is.
Now for the crowning finale :
The fragrance chords.
This fragrance comes in a set with one 8ml Balsamic Cherry and 8ml Musky Oud, so you can layer the fragrance yourself as you like.
A very cool concept, which I haven't seen anywhere else! All in all, this is a brand that has an incredible amount of potential, and it would be absolutely worth a look - or rather a sniff! I can't wait to see what realeases are in store for us!

Joschka simply has what it takes

Aura is the second fragrance from Vapormundun that I have been able to test so far. I already liked Electri and found it to be of very high quality. Aura has exactly the same effect. The good Joschka Klee simply has what it takes.

Aura has a slightly cherry facet, which is coated with a super labdanum accord.
We also have this slightly earthy but pleasant patchouli, some incense and a super nice rose-oud combination.
It is pleasantly spicy, smoky, sweet, woody and slightly earthy.
All the notes are perfectly coordinated.

At the beginning there is this slightly fruity cherry. I also immediately sense the labdanum and a slightly smoky touch.
Then the wonderful rose kicks in. It doesn't overwhelm anyone, it doesn't sting, it just smells elegant and in combination with this pleasant "dark" flair, it just smells really good!
After a while, you can also feel this woody oud character and we know that oud is often combined with rose and this mixture simply works. But at no point does it feel similar to an Ombre Nomade by Louis Vuitton or other fragrances. It has its own character!

Towards the end, it becomes creamier and gains even more sweet facets. Sandalwood plays a key role in this phase. However, the woody character and the rose can also be recognized here. As are the beautiful aspects of labdanum. The cherry has completely disappeared for me in this phase and I can't recognize the vanilla accord at all. However, the slightly earthy patchouli can definitely be recognized here in the base.

The performance is also really good. The fragrance lasts about nine hours on my skin and also projects perfectly.
In addition, despite its slightly dark character, the fragrance is also super easy for a woman to wear and is therefore unisex.

Masterful composition around cherry and oud

Wow! What a great perfume!
It's been a long time since I was so immediately taken by a fragrance like this one! Incredibly pleasing, unique and really multi-faceted despite two main players.

I detect an amarena cherry at the start. Sweet and fruity, but not too over the top. The cherry is kept in check at the beginning by subtle incense and, over time, increasingly by a slightly dark but not at all animalic oud. The cherry pervades the entire fragrance. The same applies to the oud after a good half hour. Nevertheless, almost all of the other notes can be detected again and again over the course of the fragrance. Sometimes a slightly sweet, woody sandalwood note, sometimes earthy patchouli... All of the notes work towards the great cherry oud note to put it in the perfect light and also ensure that the fragrance is by no means linear, despite the two clearly recognizable main players.
In the drydown, a slightly sweet vanilla note is added, which pours over the woody-fruity composition like a light and creamy vanilla sauce.

The fragrance is highly perceptible on the skin for at least 10 to 12 hours. It also projects really well for the first 6 to 7 hours without being too overpowering.

I am really enthusiastic and can only recommend trying the fragrance once!

Of cherry liqueur and the scent of roses

First of all, I received this fragrance from a nice user as a free bottling.

The fragrance starts with a sweet liqueur-like dark cherry, in the background a dark rose can be heard and the whole thing is carried by a warm oud and incense base.

Over time, the cherry becomes softer and creamier, which is probably also due to the vanilla it contains and what I find very nice, I also perceive a tobacco note.
The sillage is well perceptible but not exaggerated or even pompous, which makes the fragrance very wearable.

The fragrance reminds me of Onyx a fragrance that I also appreciate very much.

All in all a great dark fragrance that will probably also move in with me as a bottle because it is very much in my Rose Oud phase.

Very nicely done and definitely makes me want more creations from this brand.
