Interesting Facts

Nadia Benaisa, founder of the Belgian perfume line Les Sœurs de Noé, spent her childhood both in Belgium and with her grandfather in Morocco. To this day, she remembers the delicate scent of latte and jasmine, the warming rays of the sun, and the vibrant colors of her grandfather's garden in the Moroccan port city of Tangier. She wants to capture these precious childhood memories in her fragrances and share them with the world. The name of the brand is credited to her children, who have supported her in turning her dream into reality. Each fragrance of Les Sœurs de Noé tells an olfactory story, which should stand for the direct connection between the Orient and the West.

With Les Sœurs de Noé, Nadia has brought together different generations, diverse personalities and different skills: The logo is by Thierry Fétiveau and embodies the philosophy of the perfume line. The bottles were designed by Parisian designer Pierre Dinand to reflect the gentleness and generosity that Nadia wants to give to the brand. The colors of the perfume bottles are inspired by jewelry that Pierre Dinand presented to a fashion designer in 1977. The bottle cap in the shape of a blue pearl is a tribute to the horizon line of Morocco, the azure sky of Tangier, as well as the indigo of the famous Villa Majorelle in Marrakech.

In addition, Les Sœurs de Noé follows a sustainable approach and maintains close relationships with local growers to source high-quality botanical raw materials. Nadia wants Les Soeurs de Noé to remain true to her fundamental values: Authenticity, Appreciation, Openness and Generosity. To ensure that these principles are upheld, Les Sœurs de Noé works with the French family-owned company Robertet.
