Clean Cowboy

The creator wrote that this fragrance is inspired by the values of Bagism, a term coined by Lennon and Ono. Its tenets on avoiding prejudice and stereotyping by not judging others on the basis of skin color, gender, sexuality, or age.

While this fragrance is inspired by Lennon and Ono, this made me think of a freshly washed cowboy. Maybe he was breaking societal norms by growing weed in his fields instead of herding cattle. Someone who should be a "tough guy" but is actually a big softy. This is a soft spicy green fragrance with citrus that makes it feel fresh and light. The hay makes it feel earthy but not dirty and it lends a natural sweetness to the fragrance.

I love this fragrance and subsequently I wished it had a little more projection and longevity. It does create a nice scent bubble, its aromatic, but I wanted more. The longevity is average, it lasted about 5 hours on my skin. There are several size and price options for this fragrance. There is 100ml for $195, there is 30ml for $85, and 9ml for $30.

A summer's day in the park

All my loves in one place: green notes, citrus, spices, tobacco and grassssss!!! Unfortunately (or fortunately?) the hemp, or the cannabis (as it's listed on the actual box), is not coming through. Maybe it's only affected me through this state of relaxation into which I seem to have fallen since spraying this on?! Not sure, maybe it's because I'm on vacation, feeling free and moving with a spring in my step, but I also think that 19-69 makes me feel like I'm floating through the day.

It's the smell of summer, you stroll through the park and lay on the grass, crushing the thin green stems until the sap stains your white shirt.

Toate iubirile mele într-un loc: note verzi, citrice, mirodenii, tutun si iarbăăă! Din păcate (sau fericire?) cânepa, sau mai bine zis cannabis-ul cum este descris pe cutie, nu se simte aici. Poate că te afectează doar prin starea de bine care ți-o creează? Nu știu, poate că fusesem in vacanță oricum și cumva mă mișcam cu un arc în pas fiind liberă, dar și 19-69 parcă mă purta pe aripile lui. Un miros de vară, te plimbi prin parc și te tolănești în iarbă strivind firele subțiri, verzi, până seva care se scurge îți pătează cămeșa albă. Se aseamănă un pic cu Erawan (Dusita), dar aici nu găsești dulceața de vanilie din Erawan. A Higher Peace este mult mai matur, mai autentic și puternic. Imi place mult mai mult decât Erawan.

hazy summer happiness

i really enjoy both of the weed-featuring 19-69 perfumes that i've tried. i love a cannabis note. it isn't particularly strong here but i don't mind it because this perfume is great. the hay, coumarin, and davana are the stars. i'm used to more damp green scents but this one is dry, warm, and a bit dreamy. it's summer, you and your best friend are out walking in a field on a bright, breezy day, and you're sharing a joint.

Spaced-Out Summer Day

a lot of green perfumes smell wet and cool, this one is definitely more warm and dry. the hay, davana, and cannabis are the strongest notes for me and they come together as sweet, hazy, and herbal. this is like a sunny day in a country field, laying out on a picnic blanket, smoking a joint and maybe drifting off for a little nap. the light is golden and the bugs are buzzing.

Laurel Canyon on a mild rainy day

The concept "bottling counterculture" of the niche brand nineteen sixty nine (19-69) from Sweden lures me again and again with its fragrances produced in Italy and names with reference to the pop culture of the late 60s and early 70s. The latest creation "Higher Peace" I then immediately acquired as a blind purchase and was initially really disappointed, probably also due to my high expectation level. The fragrance seemed strangely incongruous to me with extremely dominant benzoin notes. - How did I deal with it? First gain distance, let time pass and in a relaxed moment once again bring out the bottle and give the fragrance composition a chance.
On a rainy day at the end of July it was then once again so far to try Higher Peace and the fragrance I suddenly liked very well. The soft-spicy bouquet with a hemp center on a slightly green-sweet base surrounds on such a day with a very pleasant aura. Especially with niche fragrances, I have already noticed that, similar to a good red wine, they first have to "settle down", "calm down" after a transport, before the potential comes to the fore and shines in harmony. Also, niche fragrances are m. E. significantly more sensitive to weather than industrial fragrances produced on a larger scale.
Today I can recommend "Higher Peace" to all those individualists who are looking for a special and yet portable fragrance for a mild rainy day and also appreciate a touch of Laurel Canyon (music scene with Joni Mitchell and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young etc.). Higher Peace halt
