With Kid Gloves
I love to surprise myself with blind purchases - but with the agents, I am usually quite sure in advance that it won't be a mistake, as I already have a whole group of them at home.

I like each one in its own way.

And intense caresses my nose with kid gloves.

Otherwise, I usually agree with the pyramid - but in this case, less so.

I had to Google "Kratzbeere," as it was unfamiliar to me.
Aha - a type of blackberry. I agree - because the scent is in no way "scratchy."
This berry is sweet and soft - and very cuddly.
Like the entire fragrance.

I don't perceive chili and licorice - instead, I sense a velvety rose and gently sweet vanilla.
Along with a mild light suede note that gently envelops the delicious scent.
Amber rounds off this nose-pleaser with a tender sweetness.

This agent is ready to cuddle - and you cannot resist it.
Very feminine - with a touch of sensuality.

It is clearly a seductive agent - who will extract many secrets from you.

Herbaceous Angel..
....this is how Luca Turin once compared another fragrance. But this one is also inspired by "Angel". However, "Fatal Intense" has something that "Angel" does not: a sharp, slightly spicy "head" (chili), a soft rose heart, and finally a fine "leather skin".
And, although not listed in the fragrance pyramid, HERBS. It could be sage and basil, but I'm not entirely sure.
A scent for both women and men. Hardly anyone would raise an eyebrow if a solid "guy" got on the tram smelling of "Fatal Intense".
Likewise, no one would wrinkle their nose if it were worn by an elegant lady around 50. Only very young people under 20 might have possibly chosen the "wrong" scent.
The perfume smells "mature, self-confident, and determined".
What seems a bit overwhelming at the beginning of the scent becomes more balanced over time, becoming softer and rounder, yet still accompanied by those robust herbs in the background that support the entire fragrance.
Nevertheless, it never feels too conformist or "mainstream". It stands out from the crowd due to its somewhat unusual composition. Longevity and sillage are above average, so a bit of "caution" in dosing is advisable.
"Herbaceous Angel" in the best manner.

Impressive
If I were to write everything that comes to mind about this fragrance, it would exceed the limits. Although I bought it based on the description and not on a test, it corresponds quite strongly to my expectations. The name and the bottle also fit very well with the scent. In my opinion, it is already extraordinary and more suited for special occasions.
Now to the scent progression:
The beginning is very sharp, slightly bitter-sweet, which it remains throughout the entire progression. The sharpness diminishes a bit over time, and the sultry sweetness comes through. Later, the leathery note begins to dominate more and more, embedded in other notes. It is never quiet or monotonous. The ingredients play well together the whole time. It lasts long on my skin, and on clothing as well. 24 hours after application, it is still distinctly noticeable. I am not a big fan of this scent, but I see its complexity and quality. If one were to try to categorize it, I think it fits better into the "Black Opium" group by Yves Saint Laurent or resembles one of the Poison fragrances by Dior rather than "Angel" by Thierry Mugler. Only briefly at the beginning was there something angelic. For me, however, it is also clearly like a wolf in sheep's clothing! Or a fallen angel. ? So, an evening/night fragrance, not an everyday scent for me. Too conspicuous, you really have to like it to be able to smell it. I would definitely prefer to test it beforehand.

Conclusion:
I came to this fragrance through a blind purchase out of curiosity and lack of testing options.
Actually not my cup of tea, as I had to realize when testing a close relative (hypnotic poison) and have placed this group of perfumes in the NoGo corner.
For me, this perfume combines exactly the dark notes that I found repulsive in the Poisons by Dior, Opiums by Yves Saint Laurent, and Orchids by Tom Ford.
Here black licorice, dark rose, black leather...
Well, never say never...
If I'm ever in the mood for thrills, suspense, latent danger, passion with dark secrets, I can save myself the trouble of watching movies like "Basic Instinct" with Sharon Stone in the lead role of the femme fatale.
A single spray of this devil's brew is enough.
For everyone who likes this scent direction, it is definitely worth a test.
For me, it truly masterfully combines elements from several "fragrance families".

First to Penny..
I got this red gem last Saturday - who would have thought - at Penny.
My husband and I wanted to grab some snacks for the evening when I saw this perfume at the checkout next to the sweets, alcohol, and razors for €9.99. Oh Fatale Intense by
Agent Provocateur, you know that one (I've seen it so many times at TK Maxx) and I thought, for that price, you can't go wrong, so I put it on the conveyor belt.

So off to the car and unpacked. I find the bottle very beautiful :) I have the 30 ml size and to be honest, that's enough, the longevity and sillage are top, just to mention that.

I sprayed it on and was pleasantly surprised. With a smile on my face, I held my wrist out to my husband. He liked it too. But since we don't always agree on my fragrances, I wouldn't have minded if he hadn't liked it ;)

Fatale Intense starts off slightly sweet and fruity - but very pleasant and not too sweet. When I first wore it, I didn't notice any chili or licorice, but now that I'm sniffing it again, the opening seems a bit spicier. Thankfully, I don't really smell the licorice.
On the way home, I couldn't stop smelling my wrist. The scent felt so familiar to me. I talked to my guy for 10 minutes about how familiar it seemed until I couldn't take it anymore and had to look it up here.
Angel! Yep, that's it.

But for anyone who thinks that Fatale Intense is a copy of Angel, I have to disappoint you. Fatale Intense is much more beautiful :P
I'm not a fan of Angel; I belong more to the Alien faction, although not 100% either.
FI is so sensually sweet, slightly vanillic with a hint of leather, not overloaded or intrusive. So beautiful ❤ and it reminds me so much of Angel.
Crazy!

Angel in Leather Boots
Yes, that's roughly how one imagines the scent. Angel, because it reminds one of Angel. But this angel doesn't want to be good; instead, it wants to stand out. Rather than flying, it stomps around in its leather boots. This way, it stands out from the crowd while still remaining conventionally attractive.

But even far from this association, this scent has everything to be immediately categorized as 'sexy' by the buyer - even without a smell test. It's simply the color of the bottle and the name. Since Fatale Intense is rated very well here, I bought it blind. I expected a scent that stands out a bit from the crowd and... yes, is sexy. This expectation was mostly fulfilled.

I sprayed it on back then and liked it immediately. As already mentioned, Fatale Intense has a slight resemblance to Angel, but that doesn't go beyond the opening. After that, this one becomes an independent, beautiful scent. Primarily, I perceive a non-soapy rose that gains a certain warmth from the chili. Licorice, leather, and vanilla can't really be detected as individual components, but they are undoubtedly there and contribute to giving the scent a certain substance. Fatale Intense is sweet, but not gourmand. So, it doesn't smell 'biteable,' but rather confident, curious, and just a bit different.

I can't agree that Fatale Intense is very sexy, which is really a matter of taste. The scent is slightly masculine, which is not bad at all. Personally, I feel sexier when I wear very feminine perfumes. My boyfriend also noticed that Fatale Intense is not necessarily his favorite scent on me.

Overall, I find the perfume very successful. The longevity is certainly not above average, but it's fine. Four hours are definitely achievable. What I really like here is the bottle, as the color is simply beautiful and the overall look resembles a ruby.

In conclusion, I want to return to the beginning: standing out from the crowd while remaining conventionally attractive. Yes, that's what Fatale Intense does best. The scent pyramid consists of some notes that are actually not unusual. This keeps it somehow familiar, while components like chili provide that certain something. Perhaps that's why it might be a bit too boring for people who already wear very striking scents, but certainly interesting for those who want to dare a style break. Angel in leather boots, indeed.

A seducer that I immediately like. Reminds me of "Au Masculin" by Lempicka. Soft licorice, rose, vanilla, and amber. Warm & erotic.

AP is a trash brand for me: sometimes funny, sometimes annoying: it smells so artificially sweet here, like opening a Colorad*-bag.

Someone at the fetish party is wearing Angel without patchouli. But they're dressed in latex (no, I’m not familiar with that). Pretty!

It really hits the skin! ANGEL in a dark way and much less sweet. Instead, it has proper chili and leather! Later on, it becomes sweet and slightly powdery...

Perfect scent for those who find "Angel (Eau de Parfum)" too "strong": The chocolate-patch mix is tamed here by fruit & vanilla.

Striking similarity to Angel Étoile des Rêves: Dark, intense, powdery, chocolatey, sweet, and just a bit less bold than that one.

Raspberry and dark chocolate, fruity and bitter. On the border between feminine and masculine. Bold, expressive, has character.
