such a mysterious lovely perfume. I have embraced the oriental vibes it shows off, and for some reason it reminds me of a luxury giftpacking. An expensive luxury giftbox should smell exactly like this. Heavy on the spices and not the faint hearted, dont expect any animalistics, but do expect a tamed spicey scent that starts glowing with a vanilla type extra glow.

Woody, Amber, Oud

Sweet, Woody, Amber, Resinous with cinnamon and other warm spices. Reminds me slightly of Tom Ford Amber Absolute) with a touch of Oud (although it isn't listed) to my nose.

Unfortunately, this perfume is discontinued so you won't find it cheap, however, it is a great fragrance and became an instant favourite the moment I tested it in the shop.

Great Patchouli-Amber-Oud-Cream

I have had the sample for quite some time now. It keeps calling me to wear it again. The entire scent progression is carried by the Oud, which forms the deepest base and acts as a dark but subtle foundation.
On top of that lies the soft, warm amber cream. This is supported by labdanum, which brings a slightly waxy quality and has a hint of honey. From the benzoin, a touch of vanilla is added.
However, the defining element of the entire fragrance is the patchouli. Here, it is never dark and musty; instead, it is bright and sensual. This patchouli on the creamy oud base is what makes the fragrance so alluring. At the same time, it also draws attention to itself.
The scent opens with floral notes. However, these quickly recede, making way for the patchouli and the base cream.

I sometimes have issues with patchouli fragrances, as they often come across as very bright and overpowering. I find the scent very beautiful, but after one to two hours of wear, I am just annoyed by it. Unfortunately, these fragrances also tend to cling and usually last a very long time. This then leads to a long "suffering period."
But that is not the case here at all. The patchouli is beautifully integrated, and the entire composition is simply warm, soft, and delicious.

It will definitely be joining my collection.

Soft Charmer

Normally, I’m not into fragrances that want to pull me into the cuddle corner; they usually feel too little masculine for my taste. Of course, such a blanket judgment isn’t entirely accurate, as there are times when I can find less of the masculine side in a fragrance, yet it still captivates me. This is the case here as well.
I can’t identify the pyramid of geranium, ylang-ylang, and rose, and that’s a good thing, as the first two usually disturb me rather than bring me joy. Rose in masculine fragrances is a special case; I recommend checking out the comment series from Micscent.
I find the scent progression quite linear. A hint of smoke runs through from beginning to end; it’s not too strong for me, but perfectly dosed. For me, this small dose is exactly what prevents the fragrance from drifting into sweetness, which I dislike.
It’s still very cozy, though. The blend of a very pleasant oud note for my nose, amber, and benzoin, together with patchouli, creates a warm, soft veil whose sillage is by no means overwhelming for the environment and whose longevity delights the wearer for a long time. I give a clear recommendation for autumn and cooler days, and for those interested in oud who have found it too woody, dominant, or too animalistic so far. And for women who enjoy using men’s fragrances.

I have had several perfumes from Amouage, Kilian, etc. in recent years and I must say that this perfume performs excellently. It is a very good scent, it lasts long, and feels to me as little synthetic as the expensive perfumes in the class over 200.-. A clear recommendation.
