CPO#8 Delicate Flowers, Soft Hands
Fancy Bouquet sounds at least interesting, like much of what Al Rehab has to offer. In this case, however, disappointment sets in, as it does not deliver what one would expect based on its name and color scheme.
The concentrated oil starts off quite herbal and bitter, but this bitter scent impression quickly fades, revealing the floral notes. Unfortunately, I don't smell much clove or rose, as it quickly transitions into a creamy floral scent, which is likely due to the daisies, and a certain sugary sweetness also joins in. So, the scent progression goes from bitter to floral and from floral to creamy-sweet, but without coming across as too feminine. The fragrance is rightly unisex.
As I hinted in my statement, Fancy Bouquet develops into a scent that I would most associate with a hand cream or even a bath additive.
The longevity is unusually short, or rather, it quickly transforms into a skin scent and lingers for a long time, but always subtly.
So, it's an Al Rehab that doesn't shout.
The sillage is therefore also limited; one may be noticed, but never in an intrusive way.
