...this Hanseatic motto appeals to me.
Hamburg has given me a lovely time - the city itself, along with its residents.
No one throws their arms around you - but no one steps on your toes either.
Noble reserve paired with refined understatement is highly valued here.
And just as subtly elegant are the cafes - where one can quietly and calmly drink tea - accompanied by delicious tea pastries.

Ashley's Green Tea is very aromatic and refined with a few splashes of lemon.
Muscat and lavender linger in the air, and on the tables in the fine cafe, silver vases with roses and freesias stand.
