Intensive Berry Cocktail
Well, to be honest, I'm not really a big fan of extreme fruity scents, and unfortunately, I made a mistake with this one. Whenever I go somewhere, be it a drugstore or a perfume shop, I usually test not just two or three fragrances, but a bit more extensively. However, since I don't always have a glass of coffee beans available to neutralize my nose, I always label my test strips and then go through them again at home. In this case, I unfortunately mixed up the test strips and was quite surprised that I liked a scent called "Forbidden Berries," but well, why not? After all, I have other perfumes with fruity notes in my collection. So, a few days later, I went back to the drugstore and bought it directly without testing it again. At home, I unpacked it, sprayed it on, and was taken aback. No, that was not the scent I had chosen. Well, that was unfortunate.
Nevertheless, I try to remain objective.
"Forbidden Berries" is indeed an intense berry scent, very fruity, as if one had mixed and pureed a can of fruit cocktail with a few extra berries. I find it extremely difficult to pick out individual notes, but to me, it smells like strawberry, raspberry, red currant, and pineapple. I can only faintly detect rose, but sandalwood and musk completely fade away for me. All in all, it's a very successful fruity fragrance with a slight sweetness and freshness. The longevity is not particularly good, about 2-3 hours, then it abruptly ends, at least for me, with the "scent pleasure," but at that price, it's quite acceptable.
So, for those who love berry scents, they should definitely give this one a sniff.
