A very tired writer's blood.
This writer has to stay up with a lot of coffee, it seems! The opening was a very powerful sniff of caffeine, and nothing else. I was about to get disappointed, but after the coffee comes the metallic part and a small, the smallest hint of blood I've ever felt. Now, I don't know if this was the direction of the perfume itself or something went wrong in the balancing, but this should be called writer's coffee instead! Oof. What a waste of a good blood note (because IT IS good, I can smell it, it's just reduced a shadow by the coffee note).

Everything has its time… of transience and passion
Pale light filters through the small skylight. Dusty light sparks dance over the wooden table.
Cold ash, an extinguished cigarette, a rusty letter opener. Dried ink on yellowed blotting paper.
You open the desk drawer. A biting, resinous smell crawls out. Small, old plastic boxes with unidentifiable contents next to dried tobacco remnants. A photo of an old typewriter crumbles to dust before your eyes…
How long…? From whom…? Why…?
You sit down on the dusty swivel chair. You have time. Your imagination finds answers…

This fragrance experience starts for me with an undefinable stench. Almost water and soap could have ended it prematurely. But there is something that prevents me from doing so. Images appear, dark, shifting, alternating between corrosive liquid from the poison cabinet… charred plastic debris from the 70s… crumpled photos… old, sharp tobacco… and dusty attic clutter… Slowly, the scent becomes tobacco-resinous, dark. It stays that way for quite a while.
An interesting fragrance experience, definitely not a wearable perfume for me.

A big thank you, dear FrauKirsche!!

Oddly metallic and dusty coffee scent. Doesn't smell like blood to me, but interesting anyway.

I get artist's ink and metal pen nib, complimented with the richness of coffee. Too metallic to be gourmand. Truly niche & packs a punch

It smells like your fingers after peeling the thin skin off fresh walnuts. When you bring them to your lips, it's very bitter.

Hazelnuts? Or maybe Frangelico? Somehow green and brown, with relaxed tobacco, and sweetened milk coffee (I only drink it black).

A hint of sweet-spicy something that quickly fades away.
