A nice introduction to orientals

Sweet all the way sweet and warm like Shams, arab word for Sun, sweet with a grain of spices, with a drydown dominated by sandalwood, oud is there very soft and clean you have to look for it, no smoke for me, projection is good longevity is amazing with 8 easy hours with just two sprays, not versatile winter only or religious occasions, a great value for money since I got it for like 9 euros.
If you want an affordable risk-free introduction to oriental fragrances look no further, Oud Al Shams and Franck Olivier oudtouch “ I find them similar but not clones “ are very safe buys
I want to point the fact that I bought the same bottle shown in parfumo but there is no ARD AL Zaafaran label on neither the box nor the bottle, instead in the brown box there’s an arab word “Abir”, seems like the Ard AL Zaafaran leather bottle isn’t the same as this one

Very poor performance

I cannot believe that anyone could rate this perfume as being good!
The bottle has changed,it's a brown bottle covered in sort of leathery stuff.Same name.It has a very poor performance,less than a body mist.The smell doesn't last more than half an hour on the skin and maybe 2-3 hours on clothes!The scent is very common,it's a very poor interpretation of Lataffa's Raghba.Very dissapointed on this perfume,especially that I own a few from this house which are good.

Oriental Smoky Wood

Another oriental fragrance in my collection. How is it? Well ...
Top Note
Sweet wood notes are very prominent. Along with light spicy notes. Sweetness dominates.
Heart Note
Sweetness remains. Spice becomes stronger, but not too strong, rather supportive.
Base Note
Sweetness becomes a bit more subtle, but remains well present. Ginger is clearly noticeable here, has a certain spiciness and a light citrus note. Oud is beautifully noticeable, not too strong/powerful, pleasant.
Conclusion
The clear focus is on sweetness/sweet wood. Light and mild smoke as well as pleasant ginger skillfully round off the fragrance and create a good balance to the sweetness. Oud is well incorporated, skillfully supporting the fragrance. The development of the scent is pleasant, not extreme or overwhelming.
A nice addition to my oriental fragrances. Lasts easily 8-10 hours on me. If a man or woman likes sweet, oriental fragrances, this is certainly not a bad choice.

Simple sweetness of the same type as 24 gold, but a bit darker, more complex and much more balsamic. Very impressive performance.
