Odyssey Aoud - much better than expected
It was more or less by chance that I decided to purchase this fragrance.
After all, I own both Oud for Greatness and its cheap brother Oud for Glory.
But I am very glad I made this decision.
Because Odyssey Aoud is, in my opinion, a very good addition to this fragrance DNA.
The opening is a bit fresher and not quite as spicy as the original, which makes this scent a little more suitable for everyday wear - and yet, of course, it is absolutely beast mode.
The projection is really very good and dominant for the first 60-90 minutes, before the fragrance pulls back a bit and gains more leathery depth.
The woody, oudy notes also come more to the forefront here.
All in all, you can enjoy this fragrance all day long, as it lasts 7-8 hours on my skin; on clothing, it can last until the next day.
Of the three fragrances mentioned here, Odyssey Aoud has indeed become my favorite scent, as it is the most versatile and, due to the fact that it projects a bit softer than its big counterpart, can be worn more often for various occasions and weather conditions.
At just around €20, it is an absolute insider tip that, in my opinion, deserves much more attention and with which you can absolutely do no wrong, as long as you celebrate fragrances in the tradition of Oud for Greatness.
