Open Roof Day
In the past, my three friends and I formed a carpool - this way we could save on gas, listen to music, chat, and have more fun than on the dull DB.
I was chosen as the driver because I had the biggest car - a Cedes with a top Becker sound system.
And the four of us had plenty of space to lounge comfortably in the vehicle.
The Benz was Helios Yellow and was therefore affectionately called Big Yellow Taxi by us.
Actually an overstatement - but we enjoyed parking our carriage among the politically correct Golfs of the teaching staff, who cast us frugal glances.
And when the weather was nice, we declared " Open Roof Day" - opened the sunroof and let the wind tousle our hair.
And this carefree feeling - lightness paired with quality is also conveyed by L'eau.
It is both understated and accommodating at the same time.
Fresh fruity notes give "Drive" - but the blossoms are delicate and lovely.
An exquisite combination.
Sweet amber and smoky cedar move in a subtly elegant direction.
Varied - just like our music, which swung between Smetana, Sting, and Sisters of Mercy.
And our "star" was our reliable companion.
L'eau brings those "starry moments" back to life.
