Better than Glossier You

I bought If You Musk before sampling Glossier You and fell in love with it. It's not listed, but I smell juicy pear in the opening combined with the lovely musk that reminds me of the smell of sunshine on laundry dried outside. I got You not long after and could not stand how spicy the pepper was. It also lacked the pear note I loved in the BBW version. I sold the bottle and got a back-up of If You Musk when it was priced to clear at 3.95, lol. I can never finish these huge full-sized body mists, so I didn't buy more. Kind of wish I stocked up, but with my collection, I'd never get through the two bottles I already have, lol.

Budget alternative to "Fleur de Peau"

I was on the mission to find great alternative to my favorite perfume "Fleur de Peau" created by the Diptique company and it was my pure luck, when I purchased spontaneously via online, during sales period from Bath and Body works their mist called "If you musk". I bought 3 with 3 free and with additional sales during holidays, I got each bottle for $3.50. I'm great fan of powdery and iris/floral notes, and these guys created something so special. It is very unique, intimate, powdery soft, musky mist that has very similar DNA as "Fleur de Peau". I had my lucky day, because right now these mists are discontinued and sold online for $20 each. It is not very loud, and don't have great longevity, but for everyday use it is very such a great choice. I imitate "Fleur de Peau" by applying Vaseline on my wrists and then sprayed them with "If you musk", you can't tell a difference. Vaseline base keeps that scent longer. I love to use it "If you musk" on my hair too, so that scent can stay with me all day.

If You Like Many Things

Reading the reviews online and seeing many people describing this scent is so funny and I could actually see it being any of those things, cardboard box, department store, brand new clothes, back room, grape soda, new car hahahaha.
I've never tried Glossier You before but this is pleasant I was kind of anosmic to it at first, then I sprayed on some more and now it was too much so it packed a punch if you are being generous with it
This smells like many things, pencil shavings, kind of soapy, kind of powdery, sometimes it smells like laundry detergent like a freshly washed clothes very comforting, sometimes it smells a bit like pear? And sometimes it smells like nothing, sort of come and go fading in and out like a tv static humming from the other room despite that though it smells very comforting, it's perfect to have on after shower before bed

Love this!

When I first got this in the mail, I did not like it. It originally smelled like a mixture of pencil shavings and carpet to me. I left the bottle alone for a month then decided to give it another try and now I am in LOVE. This is such a refreshing scent and I love putting it on after showers and before bed. It's definitely not a universal scent so I would recommend testing it in-store before purchasing it.

This is SO GOOD. To me it smells like a nice sweet white wine but not overly alcoholic, almost like when a white wine has the alcohol cooked out of it in a sauce. I believe the sweetness is from the pink pepper, as it's a tad bit spicy. The iris is also beautifully done, it somehow doesn't come off as floral to me? I want to eat this so bad. I like to wear it to parties or a nice dinner. Goes great with a cocktail dress. This is probably in my top three perfumes and it was so affordable. I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about, I didn't get pencil at all.
