Eucalyptus
This is mostly Eucalyptus, very strong, the spearmint is like you would find in chewing gum and adds a needed sweetness. It is not really 'green' but a very sweet, fresh herbal.
For me it is almost too much for daily wear but good for evenings to unwind and I often wear this when I have a headache and I cant take wearing anything else. I even believe it helps. I actually prefer the candle version burning throughout my house at any time, but when I don't want to fall asleep with a candle burning I spray this on my pillows & linen..
The throw is good at several inches but lasting power is on par with other body mists, between an hour to two.
