			The Name Says It All

Recently, I was on vacation in Istria, specifically in the green lagoon. The beautiful large pines stretch all the way to the rocks by the sea.
The brief fresh opening of bergamot and orange, refreshing like a jump into cool water, quickly gives way to a long walk in the shade of the pines in the afternoon sun. It smells resinous-woody and subtly spicy, but everything feels warmed by the sun. A discreet and very authentic scent. Letting the soul dangle, watching the squirrels as they elegantly and lightly jump from one tree to the next. Just enjoying being.
If you love the scent of pine, then this is definitely the ultimate fragrance. I enjoy smelling it very much, but personally, I wouldn’t want to wear it as a perfume; it’s too far from my usual preferences. However, as a reminder of a lovely vacation time, I would gladly sniff it from time to time or gift it to my husband, as I would prefer to smell it on him, even though it is listed as unisex.
Since it is more warm than fresh and herbaceous, I could definitely imagine it on a woman who has a preference for woody green and spicy scents.
Even though it is already hard to find, if you love the scent of the pine tree, the search is definitely worth it.
