What am I?
Borsari Uomo is a fragrance that is not so easily categorized among the "usual suspects." In the case of more robust scents, that would be: Fougère, Woody-Resinous, Citrus, Leathery, Green-Woody, and "Aquatic"!
It is none of these! And yet, it possesses something from all of them, except the "Leathery" one. Delicately spread throughout its entire progression. Citrus fruits flash by, alongside green-herbaceous notes, and fine flowers can also be caught. There is fern as well as grass and forest, herbs, and "water."
Mediterranean, yet completely "unexotic," densely woven and yet transparent. Very green, but not exclusively mossy. Woody, but also "herbaceous." Whether it's lavender, thyme, and basil, or possibly rosemary that slightly tints the "green" to a "blue," resulting in a "turquoise" that may remind one of "water."
But whatever it is, it is NOT a show-off! Subtle, dignified, yet "cheeky" and a bit sassy.
