A pretty quirky wood-spice bird with a bouquet in its beak.
Simple cylindrical bottle, cork cap on the sprayer, and small "agarwood" rolls float in the honey-brown liquid.
But the content has a lot going on! I would even call it a "quirky bird."
The scent is so complex and twisted that my nose first had to get used to it to even grasp what all was blended in.
Almost simultaneously, I can recognize "fruity" berries and berry woods.
A whole array of spices opens up an oriental bazaar, where everything related to herbs, fruits, buds, and also flowers is offered for sale.
But the most distinctive is the inner oud, which engages in a real duel with all the berries, fruits, spices, and seasonings. Who ultimately can claim to be the "winner" remains a good question. They are neck and neck when a little bird settles in the whole "thicket," holding a constantly changing bouquet in its beak. Sometimes it's roses, sometimes carnations, sometimes violets, and at other times everything together. How "quirky" is it when the violets join the cinnamon or the cardamom dances a round of "Buggy Wuggy" with slightly sour currants.
Or coriander weeping peppery tears to the blue blues of the wandering violet and laughing all at once! Creating such a scent requires an artistic, almost surrealistic "vein" and a lot of imagination!! ;-))
