Fragrance jewel par excellence
Sensual, extraordinary, dense, elegant, refined, in a word CARON.
Unfortunately, this little treasure has been lying dormant in my cupboard until now and today was such a strange, actually weird, dark, bland afternoon/evening that I decided to go back to my fine bottlings that I wasn't ready to test yet.
Now I have done it and I am very surprised, relieved but also ashamed that I waited so long, so that I no longer know who gave me this wonderful fragrance. I also don't know if it is the pure perfume, but I assume it is, because it floats around me for so long and smells, smells, smells, simply brilliantly beautiful.
It's floral, balsamic, yellow-powdery, spicy, resinous, but it's also true French elegance, everything you can think of is in here and I'm not able to smell anything in particular. I only know one thing, it is dreamlike, a jewel of fragrance art and it has totally captivated me.
Dear Iris, I strongly suspect that it comes from your treasure trove, which you always so kindly open for us and in your lovely way also let others share in it, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart for it and already regret it now when the AF will one day (I fear in the not too long future) be emptied.
