Air embalmed with jasmin
Dominating jasmin, commanding jasmin, trying to mute the green notes and gives a little room to the woody notes, only.
I had a small potted jasmine plant with minuscule white flowers that smelled beautifully. I adored it and planted it in the garden where it blooms and sends away a delicate perfume.
The jasmin in the Un Air de Damas is a giant tree -well, that's the way I would describe it- which overwhelms you with the scent of its oversized flowers signaling danger in the air . No tenderness, no invitation to daydreaming.
One can tell that the raw materials are the best of the best and the jasmine is JASMINE. And that's all.
