A lot of citrus over a few flowers

Douglas consistently releases very affordable fragrances under its own name. One of them is (or rather was) Bloomy Heaven.
The scent is very citrusy, quite fruity, slightly sweet, and minimally spicy. At the beginning, it also has a floral aspect, but that is overshadowed by the citrus and soon fades away.
Nevertheless, this fragrance is very pleasant! A lovely composition that smells more expensive than it is. Certainly well-suited for leisure and summer parties, but also conceivable for sports and casual business.

The sillage is noticeable without being too loud. Unfortunately, it only lasts a few hours before it slowly fades away. After just 5½ hours, Bloomy Heaven can only be detected up close.
I also really like the bottle with its beautiful gradient. The craftsmanship is not super, but solid enough.

It's a pity that the fragrance is no longer available. It was definitely nothing special, but simply well-made and very pleasant.

In the name and on behalf of the plaintiff, we request that the defendant be condemned to refrain from

referring to the plaintiff as a terrible, aquatic little water of the cheapest category and
to never again purchase this and to insult it due to its scent, longevity, and
sillage, because the defendant is simply to blame and this blame cannot be attributed to the plaintiff. The defendant must duly apologize to the plaintiff.

Justification:

The defendant simply wanted to go shopping again and spend money to satisfy her perfume addiction. Therefore, on the evening of June 14, 2018, she went to one of the many branches of the aforementioned perfumery to browse. What then happened can only be described as absolute foolishness on the part of the defendant:

After she had been sneaking around the store for several minutes and had to realize that she was familiar with all the fragrances available for purchase and either already owned them or deemed them unacceptable, she allowed herself to be approached by a saleswoman for "consultation," which set the disaster in motion. Ultimately, however, the defendant was solely interested in expanding her fragrance collection, and so she had the plaintiff's scent sprayed onto a testing card and found it quite acceptable.

As is generally known, this is by no means an adequate test, and the defendant should have known and recognized from her years of membership in the Parfumo community what the outcome would be. Alongside this fragrance, another one, also from the private label of this perfumery, was selected almost in seconds and paid for immediately, because the defendant believed that one must absolutely leave a perfumery with a fragrance. The price and the practical sizes of the bottles are further evidence that these are also not adequate selection criteria, which need not be mentioned further and are sufficiently known.

Since that day, the defendant has not missed an opportunity to insult and defame the plaintiff. Longevity and sillage would not be bad for an EdT, but due to the absolutely dreadful scent itself, it is indeed a significant disadvantage. Furthermore, the defendant repeatedly criticizes the absolutely prominent aquatic notes, which left no room for the vanilla or musk, not to mention the insult of the top note as "nothing special."

However, since the defendant is literate and hates aquatic notes - as is well known on parfumo.de - she could have simply looked at the packaging of the plaintiff's fragrance and realized that it would be absolutely unsuitable to accompany her or to move in with her permanently.

Due to the aforementioned circumstances, it is in no way the plaintiff's fault that he does not meet the demands of the defendant's nose and is now being defamed by her. The defendant had ample opportunity to inform herself about the plaintiff and to decline a purchase. The plaintiff enjoys some popularity among other customers of this perfumery and community members on parfumo.de, which is why the defendant should be condemned in the sense of the complaint to apologize for this absolutely self-inflicted wrong purchase, to refrain from such purchases in the future, and to not publicly embarrass the plaintiff in any way whatsoever.
