Muse of the Night
It's a shame that such fragrances have obviously been discontinued. Thanks to Parfumo, I had the opportunity to test this noble, sensual scent. Definitely something for going out. At first, I was a bit skeptical. Am I the only one who perceives the chamomile so intensely at the beginning? No question, I love chamomile tea, I don't need to be sick for that. But in perfume. The listed "ingredients" I perceive in exactly the opposite order. However, my initial skepticism quickly faded. It is a scent that I would say makes you want to get closer to the wearer. It is not an overpowering fragrance. Beautiful jasmine notes, but not like in oriental scents. Amber and sandalwood provide an elegant appearance. Like a veil in the night, this beautiful scent envelops you. Let's return to my often-mentioned heliotrope; after a few minutes, this powdery creaminess develops. It may be that at the beginning, the mandarin combined with the chamomile suggested something sharp. This is now my second fragrance from Estee Lauder, and I will continue to test my way through. I cannot deny a certain similarity to "Mon Guerlain (Eau de Parfum) | Guerlain."
