Citrusy-Fresh Summer Scent
I'm venturing into my very first comment (I would appreciate feedback!):
While rummaging through my sample basket, I came across this fragrance, and since the sample's color fits so well with spring and summer, it was immediately tested! I don't own the bottle, but I quite like it.
The scent lives up to what the color of the bottle promises. It starts off very citrusy fresh and then gradually becomes softer over time. The citrus notes recede into the background, and the white flowers blend beautifully with the green tea. Still fresh, but no longer so overpowering. The subtle woody notes are a pleasant addition. The longevity is average, and the sillage is rather restrained. I find the scent suits best during the day in summer but also in spring.
*Conclusion*
Actually a nice scent, but not quite for me. It’s a bit too citrusy-fresh for my taste. However, I will give the sample to my mom, who really enjoys such fragrances! Especially the weaker sillage will be more of an advantage than a disadvantage for her. Let’s see what she says... :)
