Love in the hot desert...

The warmth of the fragrance is the main reason for its attraction!
The heat, combined with the amazing notes of wood and oriental roses, gives you a sense of complete satisfaction.
The smell of red frankincense is slowly added to the fragrance, and here the character of the Ferrari product is completely formed.!!
At the end, animal notes and spikes are placed alongside wooden tapes.
That's amazing
Like making love in the hot desert ...

Catastrophe is a graceful symphony

Two years has passed since I bought a miniature.
With much love, I bought a 100ml bottle within that week. Why? Simply because it is better than some of the high end niche oud based perfumes I tried.
Have I regretted a single moment while wearing or even sniffing FEO? No! Do I ever get a negative feedback from people around me while wearing it? No! Do I get constant compliments? Yes! Do I get the comfort, confidence and good feeling? Yes!
Ferrari EO is quite bold and potent on it's introduction, a rebelling-bitter slightly cloying floral (to those with sensitive nose), thickly mad resins and dusty spices with hidden sweetness to control it's total outrage. When you get pass this early phase, the heart Is like wonderful seismic tremors, heat combusting, smoke rises up, tempting darkness fills the air yet the end is not near. The magical mystery unfolds. Aftershock lasted many hours like an endless freight train. But do not get me wrong, the wave is graceful and gracious. Divine shockwaves of majestic leather, balmy woods and aoud, embracing whiffs of roses and sensually soft labdanum kept me hooked Ferrari EO.
If this is a Dior, Chanel, Xerjoff, MFK and ByKilian release, this will receive highest praise. To those who didn't like Ferrari EO, that is your nose and I stick with my positive thoughts, then and now. Amazing results await for the right skin. 9.5/10

G-Oud ... and then not so g-oud ...

In a marketplace that abounds with Oud fragrances, Ferrari Essence Oud strikes me as one that may be trying too hard. I generally avoid fragrances made by licence to automobile manufacturers, but I tried this one out of my morbid Oud curiosity.

Essence Oud definitely has some wonderful moments. The first 10 minutes are a little confused as the Rose/Saffron accord desperately tries to unshackle itself from a dusty note (probably the elemi and caraway combination), but when it does, it is truly lovely as it combines with a synthetic Oud rising from the heart.
Too soon, the dustiness is back while the base tries to release itself from the chemical soup it is trapped in. Again ... when it does, a rich sweetness takes over ... incense-y and smooth ... but before long a ton of Vanilla (not listed for some reason) steps in and obliterates pretty much anything that has gone before.
Essence Oud is more like a well driven car that needs a tune-up than a finely honed marvel of mechanical engineering. Priced mid range, this Oud is a good one as a harbinger for an Oud fascination and definitely has great moments. Unfortunately I also find it messy in the transitions, which is a great pity. It is possessed of above average longevity and medium sillage ... but in saying that I must mention that it interacted very well with the Encre Noire I was wearing when I tested it.

Like vat produced celeb-u-scents, I find this offering annoying! If one can afford to drive a Ferrari, then one can afford a fragrance that is beautifully made. This statement is, however, simply a matter of opinion :) ...

Wow! Great release!

Another great release among the Essence line along with Silver Essence.

I have to say Essence line is a step above the regular Ferrari releases.

Essence Oud combines oud, roses, caraway, resins and leather in a great way.

Oud is soft but present and not in a medicinal way.

Kind of an unidimensional scent, but this aint a problem for me.

Sweet and smoky at the same time, this one has a great sillage with a good lasting power (around 10 hours) and projection.

Worth it? Certainly a must have if you find at a good price.
