1993 For Strange Women 2022 Perfume Oil

The 90s were my early childhood but I didn't expect this scent to evoke nostalgia because my 1990s were Eastern European - and I was right. No nostalgia for me. The cola note already hinted that this scent would be referring to 1993 in the US of A. Based on the image of the American 90s sold to me by the movies and pop culture, I can say that this scent is very accurate! There is something about mixing cola and patchouli that accurately conveys this. It is an oddly fresh scent. Saffron is not metallic here at all, and the burnt match note is not overpowering, it is very light. This scent is probably one of my favorite patchoulis because it is so unusual.

amazingly accurate to the notes, coca cola spilt on hardwood mixing beautifully with the burnt match. i'm usually not a fan of amber or saffron but in this scent blend beautifully for the retro aspect. i'm additionally not one for overly warm or spiced scents, but this has a gorgeous sweetness to it without being sickening. like a cold soda on a cool evening. dries down in the way a sticky soda stain would, with the spiced warmth of the amber and saffron balanced by the fresh patchouli
